Qingxi Garden covers an area of about 8000 square meters, the treasure park of Chuan bonsai, also one of the most charming senic spots. The architecure of the Qingxii Garden is from Chuanxi ( west Sichuan ) folk house. The building shows undulation ,simplicity and clearness.  The waterscape prevails in its building techniques. 

Dujiangyan is an irrigation infrastructure built in 256 BC during the Warring States period of China by the State of Qin. It is located in the Min River (Chinese: 岷江; pinyin: Mínjiāng) in Sichuan, China, near the capital Chengdu. It is still in use today to irrigate over 5,300 square kilometers of land in the region. The Dujiangyan along with the Zhengguo Canal in Shaanxi and the Lingqu Canal in Guangxi are known as “The three great hydraulic engineering projects of the Qin dynasty”.

Zigong dinosaur museum is located in Sichuan Province in the northeast of Zigong City, 9 kilometers from the city center.

how to form this ?
According to the geological investigation, the Jurassic period, in Zigong area. the climate is hot, lush plants, trees, is the ideal place to live and dinosaurs, Dashanpu is be in smooth water sandy shoal,
the death and the river was from afar to dinosaur bones, are on a shoal of sand buried. Corpse accumulation alternately and sediment buried for a long period, then through the backlog of one hundred million or two hundred million years,
and finally formed today's fossil Sawa.

China Conservation and Research Centre for The Giant Panda Dujiangyan Base( short for Chengdu Dujiangyan Panda Base ) 

located 2km away from Mt.Qingcheng , about 1 hour 20 minutes drive from Chengdu to Dujiangyan Panda Base . in the morning you can do the panda volunteer work from 8:30-16:00, and you can also hold a panda for photos here . apparently, Dujiangyan panda base is not so crowded as Chengdu panda base . and more natural
there are around 20-40 Giant pandas, and some red pandas .

at around 12:00 lunch time you will finishe the panda base . drive about 30 minutes to Dujiangyan city for lunch .
in Dujiangyan Panda base you can take photos with pandas , need to be booked in advance , price is 1800 rmb

in Dujiangyan Panda base you can do panda volunteer work such as feeding the pandas , clean the cages need health examination to prove you have no infectious disease . from 8：30-16:00 , price is 700 rmb

Kangding, located in the east of Sichuan Kanzi Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, is the capital city of the prefecture. Kangding is a  distribution center for Tibetan and Han goods trade since long time ago, it is the mainland gateway to Tibet.The "tea horse trade" economic exchange center.

in Tang and Song Dynasty, it started the trade that the people in Tibet ,Qinghai, Mongolia etc, they had very good horses, but no good tea, Sichuan and Yunnan grow very good tea( both green tean and black tea), but these area had no good horses, so they trade with tea and horses.

Oriental Buddha Park is located in the Leshan Giant Buddha scenic mountain peaks, the Department of antique statue Buddha theme park, collection of religious art, sculpture, garden art as a whole, is the Leshan Giant Buddha tourist attractions Buddha culture extension, is the main part of the Leshan Giant Buddha scenic spot.

Unlike many other Qiang village in Maoxian or Wenchuan which were completely destroyed by the 2008 earthquake and rebuilt after that. The Heihu Qiang Village survives in the earthquake because it's 100 km away from the disaster. The Qiang people in this isolated remote mountain village are still keeping their traditional lifestyle, ladies dress their pretty hand made embroidered costume in everyday life. The village is few visited by tourists,quite peaceful and not commercialized yet. But easily to find a guest house there,no worry for accommodation and dining.

How to go there: Bus from Chengdu Chadianzi Bus Station(茶店子汽车站）to Maoxian(3.5 hours) then hire a min van to the village(cost a bout 50Yuan for one way,30min).

Bifengxia Valley is located 16 km northwest of Ya'an City, which is about 150km away from Chengdu. Bifengxia Valley distinguishes itself for its vegetation, gorges, waterfall and snow. Bifengxia Wildlife Zoo the Bifengxia Wildlife Zoo is the made up of 3 areas: the wild beast zone,the tame beast zone and the night zoo. you can get to the wild beast area, in which tigers,lions and bears are seperated from eac other by fences, by sightseeing bus or go on foot to watch the docile animal in the tame zone.when your bus enter the wild animal zone, the black bear will  try to climb the window, so be sure to close the window. the Bifengxia Night Zoo :the best time for sightseeing is 8:00pm-10:00 pm while the most exiting moment , the animals come out and move secretly, at this time you can hear whispers of the wind and the howling of the beasts, you may find what it is like to be in the wilderness with beasts roaming roaming around  you in the dark, frightening , mysterious, adventurous like a nightmare, or just an exciting experience! in the zoo ,about 400 species of animals of more than 11.000 in total are on the endangered list. Among them, over 80 kinds of animals are under state protection and many others are also considered rare and precious. you may feed them, take pictures with them or watch their wonderful performances in four different arenas. *Bifengxia Panda Base* is the largest semi-captive breeding base for Giant Panda in the world. the tourist resort is the first scyenic area in China that incorporates an ecological zoo with natural scenery . here you can hug the panda to take photos: 500 yuan and 1000 yuan. the 1000rmb, you can hold longer time. *Bifengxia Panda Volunteering * you can also become a volunteer in Bifengxia Panda Base. you will work as follow: Cleaning panda areas and enclosures    Cleaning general areas of the Panda Center                                                                                                                                 Preparing food for the pandas such as carrots, apples, panda bread and their nutritious biscuits carrying bamboos                                                                                                                                                                 Sometimes you might be able to help collect behavioral data You will also have plenty of time to watch and photograph the pandas

I' m sure there must be a big marketing team for Mt.Emei since the mountain is run by a listed company,and became a

huge money making machine . I have seen so much exaggerated advertisement about Emei.

Unfortunately my personal opinion about Emei is rather negative,and have stopped offering tour to this mountain since September 2012.

Emei Shan or Mountain Emei,located in the western of Sichuan Basin and 160 kilometers away from Chengdu, said to be one of the 4 most sacred Buddhist Mountains in China(not many people in China are real Buddhist or know what Buddhism is) . It was listed as the World Culture and Nature Heritage by UNESCO in 1996.

1.The entrance tickets is very expensive,CNY185/PP,plus CNY90/PP for the mountain bus,plus CNY100/PP for its 5 minutes

cable car ride.

2. Extremely  touristy and crowded, each day ten thousands of domestic tourists visiting this mountain in the name of  pilgrimage,but I find few of them are real Buddhists, Chinese People are definitely not Buddhist, they are much more Confucius or Taoists.

3.The main scenery there are forest and Buddhist Monasteries,which were rebuilt in the past 30 years,the old ones were destroyed during the Culture Revolution.And I personally just think they were over built,too much monasteries,get bored to see so much because they are mostly the same. I think a real Buddhist should learn from the Buddha's philosophy and act following his good teaching.I'm sad to see Buddha's teaching is completely distorted.

4.The weather in the mountain are always wet,cold,foggy and cloudy,don't expect to see the scenery as you see in the the pictures,you might notsee anything in a whole day tour in the mountain except for some temples or monkeys(some of them are very aggressive,be caution).

The positive points of this mountain is that thesummit of the mountain is covered by heavy snow during December until middle  March of the next year. For the people(mostly are people from south China or South Asia) who want to see snow ,it's might be a place to go.

The Emei has became a famous mountain since 1980s is mainly because of  Jin Yong's Kongfu novels/movies, for his fans,they just want to say I have been to Emeishan.

So whether it's worth going to this mountain,really depends on what you expect there. Do get a overall information before going,

for most European or American tourists,China is so far away and costly,you might only travel to China once in a life time.
