You will need your Old Town ticket to get in - 80 yuan. Then you can wander around the park, the former summer palace of the Naxi ruling Mu family. Visit the Dongba Research Institute, take a photo with the snow-capped mountain in view, look into the clear water and admire the large fish, find the lucky mahjong tree and rub it for good luck.

In 1931, Hungarian architect Ladislaus Hudec rebuilt the original church employing the latest aesthetic theory. The exterior walls were composed of concave and convex red bricks.
The interior is no less impressive, with its rich-hued woodwork, fine stone arches and elegant galleries.
