1. Sourcing: I will guide you to wholesale markets and factories to source products according to your requirements. We have rich resources at hand as. We've built stable business relationships with factories throughout China, thus, our quotation may have a better price than you buy the product from many suppliers on Alibaba. Many customers think if they deal with the manufacturer on Alibaba directly then they will get a cheap price, but in fact, thousands of suppliers on Alibaba are actually not real factories, but rather a middle man. To avoid the trap, we can assist you during your business trip in china and make sure everything goes smoothly.

2. Quality control: To ensure that all production processes follow your requirements, I can carry out factory & sample inspections on a regular basis. The reason I work in this way is because lots of the suppliers are used to cheat customers after the client make a payment. I therefore help to reduce your import risk by releasing the payments to the supplier only when the agreed products are produced. Otherwise, you will lose your time and money.

3. Shipping: (Express/Air/CONTAINER) Arrange shipment and work out customs documents and certificates such as packing list, commercial invoice, Certificate of Origin (Form A, Form E, Form B, Form P, Form F), Fumigation Certificate, Disinfection certificate and bill of Lading. 4. Translation/Business assistant service: I can accompany my customer to any city in China, work as your personal translator or interpreter to assist you to overcome language barriers. I have been to all major cities in China, including Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Dongguan, Zhongshan, Shantou, Chaozhou, Yiwu, Hongkong, Macau etc. I'm a very experience interpreter and through my negotiation skills I am able to achieve significant savings for my customers when buying from Chinese suppliers.

5. Car rental service: I can arrange an English speaking driver to pick you up anywhere in Guangzhou, Foshan, Dongguang, Zhongshan, Shantou, Shenzhen, etc to visit factories or drop off to the airport.

6. Warehouse service: If you want to store the goods in our warehouse, the price depends on the CBM and weight of the cargoes.

7. Goods consolidation: If you placed the order separately then our consolidation service will fit you. We can consolidate the cargoes in our warehouse in Shenzhen City and ship them to your country.

My return flight, departing from Shenzhen, was cancelled last minute. My wife and I found ourselves in the city for 2 unexpected days. We scrambled for a hotel, but we don't know the city (as we arrived from Guangzhou, where we frequently visit) and we didn't have a translator or guide with us since we were due to return home. I found the Synotrip website, and started contacting guides in a hurry - I chose Michael, he made himself available straight away. He was quick to respond, an he is an excellent communicator, he speaks good English and I could feel the good chemistry. Upon meeting him in person, I felt confident that these 2 unexpected days will be a positive experience. Michael was an excellent tour guide, he showed me and my wife the city, and told us a lot about life in Shenzhen. He showed us popular shopping sites, and helped us choose good restaurants. His company was pleasant, and his personality is outgoing, and he has a sharp mind. I would highly recommend Michael for touring in Shenzhen, and it is also my impression that he is hardworking and will be an excellent facilitator in business, although during this particular trip we did not use his business skills. Our flight from Shenzhen was cancelled without notice, and Shenzhen is not a city we're familiar with at all. After sorting out hotel arrangements, we found Michael on SynoTrip, he was very fast with communication, and very helpful! We booked him for 2 days, till our new flight. Michael was an excellent guide, he speaks excellent English, he was kind and polite. He helped with communication and showed us the city, he gave us a lot of information about the places we visited, and took care of all our needs.
