Jack in Shanghai Suzhou Hangzhou Like 0

Initial booking for city tour of Shanghai only but as we were impressed by the professionalism and the ability to take instructions, we extended his services to Suzhou and Hangzhou. Our itinerary were unique as we wanted to visit only specific places and not all of them are the generic tourist spots. Our guide did the looking up and guided us to these places, some which are fairly remote and off the beaten track.
We also enjoyed the use of a comfortable car, provided at very reasonable rates.

We do recommend to your guide services to others seeking a English proficient guide to Shanghai, Suzhou and Hangzhou.
 

Jack showed us around Suzhou in July 2013! He is a great guide. We were traveling with our 1.5 years old baby, and he was extremely helpful and very accommodating. We took afternoon breaks and went back to the hotel, and he was willing to pick us up in the evening and show us around again. He is a guide who knows his city very well! We really liked his guide services, but sadly, didn't quite enjoy his restaurant recommendations. For food recommendations, I would stick to trip advisor. But for travel, always stick with a local who can speak English! And Jack is a perfect example of that. Thank you. :)

I used a car rental service and tour guide with Mr. jack and the results are very satisfactory at all. He served my family very well and very concerned about condition of my parents, and he was communicative person and always concern all our needs. I am very thankful to him and highly recommend. Jack showed us the water city, Jade Buddha temple and around shanghai today in his very comfortable Buick minivan. We enjoyed the tour very much. He is very passionate about his work, extremely flexible and when it comes down to taking care of customer needs, he will jump through hoops to make you happy. I found Jack through this website and was already positively surprised but he was even better then the reviews stated. We booked him for two days for a Hangzhou city tour and a day trip to Wuzhen. Both have been absolutely great, despite the bad weather. We provided him with a decent list of things that we wanted to do and he provided comments and advised in which order we should do it and which things would alternatively make sense. All the comments and the order made perfect sense. He even helped us as a guide and explained us various interesting things at the many sights that we have seen in Hangzhou. He was always in time and was super reliable and made sure that there was no misunderstandings or confusions. He really goes the extra mile and is ultra reliable!!! Even after a few years of travelling in China he was by far the best tour guide that we experienced so far. Will book him again this year in November.
