I enjoy my job very much and am eager to conduct each individual tour with great enthusiasm. I truly enjoyed my private tour with Victoria at Xian. Throughout the tour, she was more like a friend showing me around as compared to the transactional relationship we begin with. She was also very knowledgeable. At each historical stop, history will come to life through her sharing. I do not have to worry anything at all in this trip. My domestic flight was cancelled and she was the one highlighting to me faster than the airline. Only then I knew she was keeping an eye on my flight for me to ensure I depart on time. She also helped me to contact the airline to arrange for the next flight. What touched me the most is her kindness. I went there during winter and forgot my scarf. My next stop was Beijing and it was much colder. To keep me warm from the cold winter, she gifted me the only scarf she had and tied it warmly around my neck during our farewell. I am extremely touch by her kind gesture. Definitely recommend Victoria for her hospitality and going the extra mile!! Read less

I was in Shanghai on business and had a few days spare so decided to visit Xian and the famous terracotta warriors. I was somewhat apprehensive as I was travelling on my own in China, but I really had no need to be as Victoria put me a ease strait away, She meet me at the airport, and accompanied me all day. Her knowledge of the terracotta warriors is 1st class, and this knowledge stretches to other aspects of Chinese history and more... Top marks! We visited a few other places, and to be honest I really don't know where the time went as I was back at the airport for my return trip in what felt like a heartbeat. All thanks to a great experience, and wonderful guide Victoria. She even helped me checking at the airport. China is a fantastic place to visit, the people are so warm and helpful, and with people like Victoria I really can’t wait to return. Read less

Victoria showed me around some of the top sights in Xi'an during a full day tour in November. I really appreciated her prompt communication and excellent knowledge. I contacted Victoria specifically because she was local to Xi'an so I knew who I would be working with instead of being assigned a guide by a large, impersonal agency out of Beijing or Shanghai, for example. She did not disappoint. Victoria also proved to be extremely flexible, which I especially appreciated. I wanted to see the highly-rated Shaanxi History Museum which was not on her list of potential options but she knew it well and did not hesitate to set it up. She arranged everything at a very reasonable rate; she and her driver picked me up earlier than usual at my hotel so that we could beat the crowds, Victoria showed me everything I was hoping for (and more), dropped me with my luggage at the train station and even found time in the middle of everything for a delicious lunch which made for a very productive, interesting, and efficient day.
