My wife and I came from India but we worked in Australia, we had a 16 days trip to China during our Christmas holiday, our destinations in China included Zhangjiajie, we were so lucky to contact Frank, he was our local guide in Zhangjiajie, it was such a good trip that I thought Zhangjiajie was our favorite place during the whole trip in China. Frank was the best tour guide we had in China, he replied us quickly and customized an itinerary for us, we spent 3 days in Zhangjiajie, visited all popular scenic spots: Tianmen Mountain, AVATAR Mountain, Glass Bridge and so on. Frank was very knowledgeable, experienced and patient, at first, we booked our hotel in Zhangjiajie City, but we found it was not very convenient to go to Zhangjiajie National Forest Park and Glass bridge, so Frank helped us to change our hotel to Wulingyuan Downtown. NICE! We learned from Frank that the glass bridge in Zhangjiajie Grand Canyon was completed and opened in Oct, so we decided to visited it on our last day, but the tickets needed to be booked 1 day earlier and it was very very hard to get the tickets, Frank did a great job, he contacted Zhangjiajie Grand Canyon and tried his best to book the tickets for us finally, Amazing! We needed to go to Changsha to take the bullet train to Guilin, Frank tooke us to Zhangjiajie Center Bus Station and gave us a lot of information and good suggestions, I thought we couldn't have such a good time without Frank's help. In September I decided to make a trip to Zhangjiajie and was looking for a private tour guide in the internet. Quickly I found the website of Synotrip and there the profile of Frank Chen. On my request I superfast received an initial proposal for a 3 day tour including pickup service from the airport and hotel reservations from frank. In the three days that I was there Frank showed me the most beautiful places in and around Zhangjiajie. When I expressed a desire to buy tea he accompanied me on a tea session. Frank is warm hearted, well organized and really takes good care of his guests. Without him I would have probably got lost and certainly would not have seen so many attractions. I came to Zhangjiajie in August alone, before starting my trip, I contacted Frank by Synotrip, Frank replied me quickly and designed an itinerary according to my requirements. However, my flight was delayed for the bad weather in Beijing and couldn't arrive in Zhangjiajie on time, since I couldn't use my telephone when I came to China, my flight didn't land in Zhangjiajie until middle night, I thought Frank must be home and didn't wait for you in the airport, but to my surprise, I saw Frank as soon as I went out Zhangjiajie airport, he gave me a big smile, that was very very helpful. Thanks to Frank, I really enjoyed my trip in Zhangjiajie, it was in peak season for it was summer holiday in Aug, there were so many people in every place in Zhangjiajie, especially it was very difficulty to get the ticket to Tianmen Mountain, Frank got up very early at 4：00am to buy ticket for me, Awesome! I think I could not have a such good time in Zhangjiajie without Frank's help, I am highly recommend Frank to be your guide when you come to Zhangjiajie, he is helpful, experienced and honest, he knows every place in Zhangjiajie and always try his best to keep you away from the big groups. At the same time, he can also provide all kinds of travel services, such as private transportation, hotel booking, tickets booking services and so on. Hello from USA,

Recently, my family and I visited ZhangJiaJie in order to visit the beautiful national park! Due to travel restrictions, the only opportunity we had to visit was during the Chinese Labor Day Holiday. After some research online we decided to hire Frank as our tour guide in order to maximize our visit during the busy holiday week. It was a great choice. Frank is a fantastic guide. He is very knowledgeable of the park and exactly where to go in order to avoid the crowds. He took us to some amazing locations where we had amazing views and very few other travelers. He does a great job accommodating to the needs of his guests. He helps in any way possible. I highly recommend choosing Frank as your guide for ZhangJiaJie in order to maximize your visit the park.

We recently toured Zhangjiajie with Frank, and he was wonderful! Throughout the process from the very start,bye was super helpful.  When I was trying to book transport from Zhangjiajie to Guilin, it was Frank who suggested we fly, even when I couldn't find that there was a flight.  He notified me when it was finally posted which was super! The only time we could visit was over a major holiday, and we didn't want to spend our time in lines with thousands of others. So Frank arranged places off the beaten tourist path. Still gorgeous!  We didn't miss out on anything other than crowds! Instead of waiting three hours to go up the elevator, we viewed the spires from across the way, and had much more intimate views! We were very pleased with Frank, and highly recommend him! As he is from this area, he knows the place quite well.
