We (me, my mom and a friend of mine) visited Zhangjiajie from 2017/09/15 to 2017/09/18, and I had chosen Frank’s tour services based on his good reviews both on TripAdvisor and Synotrip. I had selected the following places to visit, based on my researches on the internet: 09/15: Zhangjiajie Grand Canyon with Glass Bridge Baofeng Lake 09/16: Zhangjiajie National Forest Park Tianzi Cable car up to Mount Tianzishan Bailong Sightseeing Elevator Yuanjiajie (Hallelujah Mountains) 09/17: Tianmen Mountain Heaven’s Door Tianmenshan Cable car Tianmen Mountain Glass Walkway Tianmen Fox Fairy Show Firstly, before the trip, Frank advised us to spend the last night in another hotel, due to the proximity to the airport and Tianmen Mountain, and considering that we would watch Fox Fairy Show in the previous night. He managed to follow the schedule according to the places we would like to visit. As my train changed and we arrived later in Zhangjiajie, he managed to move Baofeng Lake to the next day without skipping any of the places we had requested to visit before. As my mother and I are vegetarians, he took us to places and local restaurants with vegetarian meals available in the menu. In addition, he was always patient and skillful in his explanations and was always willing to knowledgeably clarify our questions and doubts. Moreover, he knew which places to visit first so as to avoid the horde of Chinese tourists flocking in Zhangjiajie. He also waited for us patiently while we contemplated Zhangjiajie’s beautiful and breathtaking landscapes and took many pictures! Actually, he took special care of my mother in places that required additional effort (such as long queues, steps to climb, etc), always making sure that she was ok and trying to find the smoothest way for her to achieve the places to be visited. Therefore, I highly recommend Frank’s tour services in Zhangjiajie due to his skills, knowledge, kindness and effort to make our stay in Zhangjiajie memorable. Read less

My boyfriend and I visited Zhangjiajie last June and we really enjoy it. Franck was our tour guide during 3 days and show us all around Zhangjiajie National Forest, glass bridge, Tianmen Mountain, etc. He even took us to some part without any tourists and where the view is incredible. Franck was really kind, patient and he told us a lot of things that we didn't know. We highly recommended Franck as a tour guide and we will definitely call him again if we are lucky enough to go back there. My husband and I recently toured Zhangjiajie and surrounds for 5 days with Frank as our guide. As a local, his knowledge and passion for the area shows why he is an excellent guide. He is patient, attentive and punctual. Frank took us to the main sights plus the less crowded areas of Zhangjiajie National Forest Park. We were amazed by the diversity of the area. He told us of his heritage and cultural background and was also very interested in our western culture. As we were travelling independently after this tour, Frank offered his help if we had any difficulties on our own. We met Frank as strangers and left as friends. We are a private family tour from indonesia with seniors and kids. We spend out holiday in zhangjiajie for 5 days. We are so lucky that we choose the right tour guide named frank . Frank is a nice, fun and smart guy. He really cared about our needs. If the seniors tired, he always patient to wait and always care about the seniors health condition. In raining day, frank re schedule the itinerary perfectly so we can still visit all of the great place in zhangjiajie even it was rain. Frank also full of knowledge about that city, he explain about zhangjiajie in details. About culture and habits and also the information about the nice places that we visit. He also care about the kind of food that kids can or cant eat and bring us to many yummy restaurant. We are from Philippines, a group of five ladies. We had the best tour guide ever! We we're lucky to have Frank Chen as our tour guide in our visit to Zhangjiajie. We stayed there for almost 6 days. He is very accommodating and fun to be with. We enjoyed our stay in Zhangjiajie because we got the best tour guide. He speaks their native language fluently and also speaks english fluent. Frank Chen escorted us from the Zhangjiajie Hehua airport going to the hotel we’ve already booked. But the hotel was not so nice so Frank Chen helped us to transfer to another hotel and it was really nice and it was near to the entrance of the National Forest Park (walking distance only). He gave us our time we need and he doesn’t want us to hurry because we have a flexible itinerary that he himself have done. He even made adjustments for the comfort of us. He wants us to feel comfortable during our entire trip. He even brought us to the good restaurants he knew in Zhangjajie and we liked our food there. We were so glad that we have visited the most beautiful places in Zhanjiajie. The AVATAR mountain, Tianmen mountain, Yellow Dragon Cave, Baofeng lake, and the Zhangjiajie Grand Canyon Glass Bridge. The scenery here is so great. We would like to visit Zhangjiajie again maybe this year or next year! And we would take Frank Chen again as our tour guide. So, if you are planning to visit Zhanjiajie and experience the wonderful experience we had, I suggest that you get Frank Chen as your tour guide because he is that beast tour guide you will ever have in Zhangjiajie!
