Frank along with his driver lead us on a 4 day tour of the Zhangjiejia region. The tour was excellent. With his expertise and the use of a driver we were able to see all the major attractions. He was punctual, friendly and reliable as was his driver. The tour cost was very reasonable and well below that charged by some of the tour companies. Highly recommended. Well, travelling to a place,where you expect most people not understanding your language,a good Tour Guide is a must.And Frank fits the bill perfectly.Well versed with English,and all the good places in Zhangjiajie,he was an absolute delight in the trip. He understands the varied interests and needs of travellers,and plans his tour accordingly.Finding a quiet spot to enjoy the beautiful Avatar Mountains with less tourist,or recommending a perfect food joint to satisfy our taste buds,or adjusting his schedule to accomodate a place we wanted to visit,he was excellent in managing all these .And of course he has good sense of humour to keep you entertained throughout your road trip. We toured Zhangjiajie with Frank for 3 days with 4 teens and 4 adults & he managed to keep everyone happy and engaged! Frank is patient, flexible, funny, kind, knowledgeable and highly competent. You can completely relax knowing Frank is in charge & you leave wishing Frank could keep traveling with you. This was my third trip to China and he is by far the best guide I have had the pleasure of traveling with. I can’t imagine touring Zhangjiajie without him. He is from the area and I highly recommend taking his lead when planning your trip. We let him plan our entire itinerary and nothing was left out. Read less

My daughter and I visited Zhangjiajie March 18 - 20, 2018 from Canada. Frank is an amazing Guide. He took us to the Glass bridge, through the Grand Canyon, Heaven’s Gate and Avatar Mountains. He is well knowledgeable about the area. While we only had 2 days for the visit, we managed to accomplish a lot and the Geaven’s Gate and glass bridge were the highlight for me. Frank took us to places that were less crowded and we had lots of time to take in the environment and photos without worrying about crowds. He was very patient with us as we made numerous and looog stops to capture the memories of a lifetime!! My appreciation as well to Mr Phu who was our driver. As promised, we will be back and without a doubt will use Frank. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone coming to ZJJ. Read less

This is definitely one of the best private tour that i had so far (29 Oct to 1 Nov 17). Frank is a very knowledgeable, understanding and thoughtful guide. We do not like to go areas whereby the tour groups will be going because it will be very noisy and he make sure the places we are going is tour groups minimum. Definitely is a very friendly, trustable and reliable guide who always give his best in meeting his clients requests. Thumbs up!! :) Read less
