Last week I had Zhangjiajie tour with my family and as I don't know the Chinese speaking, I choose the Frank Chen as my guide. First I thanks to Synotrip that helped me to find Frank Chen at first. 

Frank is very good,honest and punctual tour guide and he helped not only in guide also helped me to book good hotel for less price and became part of my family in complete trip and he was our guide as well as our translator.  

Apart from guide, I like Frank because whenever I was not bargaining for taxi, buy any item or paying more money, he came front frankly and stop me to pay more and bargained for me. 

If you don't know Chinese speaking, and if you are planning to go to Zhangjiajie tour, you must have to choose good guide for you.  I recommend Frank Chen. He is the best guide.

My father and I had a trip to Zhangjiajie at the beginning of Sep, we found Frank as our guide, he is really a excellent guide.

We got a warm welcome when we got off the airplane, Frank told us a lot of things about Zhangjiajie on the way of hotel (our hotel was in Wulingyuan, almost 1 hour riding by taxi). My father is 80+ years old, he couldn't have a lot of walking, I had told Frank this thing before we came to Zhangjiajie, Frank designed a 3 days leisure tour in Zhangjiajie for us, our guide was very attentive and extremely helpful, he was familiar with every place in Zhangjiajie National Forest Park, so he always took us to the places where were less-crowded but with nice sceneries.

The 999 steps on Tianmen Mountain was really a big challenge for my old father, Frank even helped me to support my father with hand to climb some steps, he was not only our private guide but also a good friend.

Dear Frank, how are you lately? I hope life is treating you well, you must be very busy recently. So sorry for my  late reply , I am always busy and have a lot of things to deal with after backing home . Thanks so much for your wonderful service when we were in Zhangjiajie in April, we really enjoyed our trip with you. just as I have told you, Zhangjiajie is such a beautiful place and it can be listed on the one of 10 top national forests park in the world. we will come here again in winter for the snow scenery.

At the same time, I also want to give you some suggestions so that you can provide a better service to other travelers in the future:

1， For the hotel, since Zhangjiajie is a mountain city, so you'd better recommend 5 star hotel to clients, especially for the western travelers.

2，Zhangjiajie National Forest Park is really beautiful, but Baofeng Lake is not as good as I expect, I think it is a man-made dam and the scenery is average, you can drop off it when you design itinerary for others.

We, 6 persons in our group, came to Zhangjiajie in May and found Frank as our guide, it is really a wonderful trip and many thanks for Frank's excellent service.

All of us are photo lovers and we want to take some nice pictures in Zhangjiajie National Forest Park , so Frank tailor make 5 days classic sunrise tour in Zhangjiajie, finally it proved that he was right, we loved this tour very much.

We stayed in Dingxiangrong, which is a small downtown on the top of Zhangjiajie National Forest Park, the home stay we stayed is called Pandora Inn, with nice room and clean western toilet, we liked it, the ower of this home stay is also friendly.

The sunrise scenery in Zhangjiajie National forest park is really amazing, we got up very early, about 5：30 o'clock and it took us only 15 minutes from our stay place to The grand sightseeing platform( a place for watching the sunrise). nice!

We also visited Tianmen Mountain, Yellow Dragon Cave and Baofeng Lake during the following days, Frank is an experienced guide, he serviced us with great patience and passion, thanks him again for providing such a nice tour for us.
