Spent 3 days with Timmy in and around Kunming.   Timmy's English is good and she is a very friendly girl.  Likes to laugh, likes to joke and tries to keep you comfortable.  I was considering using Timmy as a buying assistant for some products around Kunming.  In the end I opted not to do it, but I have no doubt that she would have done a good job for me. 

Another plus with Timmy is that she is young and energetic.   So if you're looking for a guide to walk with you through the forests, go hiking over long distances, etc. this is not something that she will shy away from.   She seems to enjoy it a lot. 

We are a family of four, with two teenage girls, and were visiting Kunming for three days .We were able to make all of our arrangements via email prior to our arrival in Kunming.  Timmy replied quickly to emails, and was able to understand and arrange three days of fabulous fun for us so we could get to know both the new and the old Kunming.  Her English is very good and her personality is one of great happiness.  She makes  you smile and laugh all day.
Timmy is an excellent guide in Kunming area.  There are no hidden costs in what she quotes you - she is honest to a fault - and doesn't take you "shopping" to only certain vendors.  You can't go wrong if you book a trip with her. And timmy really good at bargaining .

Last month ,My wife and I visited Kunming ,we hired Timmy Tao as our guide two days .She did great job including help us made the itinerary in Kunming .She had show us around Kunming downtown .My wife would like to have a look in Bamboo temple and she also help us and told us many funny stories and history of Bamboo temple .That’s bravo . Timmy Tao is a nice and active lady ,a professional private tour guide in Kunming area .If you will visit Kunming or other cities ,she will be your best choice .Don’t hesitate to contact het ,she is a great tour guide and sincere friend .I will definitely use Timmy service next time to Yunnan . Timmy did a great job showing us around the Stone Forest and Jiuxiang Caves.  She was very knowledgeable about both locations and arranged for a very competent driver to pick us up at the airport and drive us around.  Both my wife and daughter had a great time as well and enjoyed talking with Timmy.  I highly recommend her as a guide anytime you are in the Kunming area.

I had recently visited in Yunnan, China from 4th November to 12th  November 2012. I booked Ms. Timmy Tao as my tour guide. Actually I was on a business trip to Yuxi to work with CNC machines. I was in need of a interpreter who can help me in understanding the working of CNC machines from an Chinese speaking engineer. I was delighted to know that how efficiently Timmy Tao had interpreted the technical terms. I was totally satisfied with my CNC machine training and this can not be possible without the efficient interpreting skill  of Timmy Tao. Actually  I had planned for 6 days of working but we finished the work in 4 days.

We visited stone forest and then in Kunming.   Timmy arranged a really nice place to stay in Kunming. it was at a walking distance from down town area. I had a nice shopping experience. She even helped us in getting our return air tickets from Kuniming to Shenzhen. Totally she is an excellent tour guide as well as a good technical interpreter. I highly recommend her as good tour guide and a business interpreter.

Timmytao is really great!! .

I didn't have much time to plan my trip toPu Er as my trip to Yunnan is very limited, but she was very helpful and organized. She is also very flexible and patient even if my schedule keeps changing:) I highly recommend her to anyone who will visit Yunnan. Her Engligh is also very fluent which makes it very easy for me to communicate.

It was my first time to visit Yunnan and she gave me detailed information of what I need (she even emailed me the weather on the day of my scheduled trip to check)

We were able to get good photos and timmy  helped alot as she knows where the picture spots are.

I will definitely recommend her to my friends and families who are interested to visit Yunnan!!
