Lin, was personable and responded quickly to queries about the tour. Unfortunately our hotel was difficult for her to find so the driver that she arranged for us was on time but she took an extra hour to get to our hotel. The tour was a nice experience of the local culture of the Mekong Delta. We had been told that there would be no other expenses outside the cost of the tour but be prepared to pay for lunch and multiple gratuities at almost every stop with VND as no where on the Delta accepts credit cards.   The time quoted to the Delta was 1.5 hours but was actually closer to 2.25 hours for planning purposes. Lunch stop was awesome with great food and even a behind the scenes of how they prepare some of the dishes if you want it. Van was comfortable for my family of six even with sons that are over six feet tall. 

I was part of a group who toured Ho Chi Minh about 2 weeks ago.  

We had thought it would be a novel idea to travel the City streets on the ubiquitous motorcycle and take in the sights on the bike. Lin was a cheerful guide with a great command of English; she has exceptional skill in navigating the traffic.  

We soon felt at home amidst the swarm of motorcycles and never once felt in danger of falling off the bikes.

If you want to shop or dine (or commute) like a local, Lin is the guide for you :)

My family highly recommends Lin. Not only is she a wealth of knowledge with Vietnamese culture, history and local sites (incl. delishfood!) but she has the natural ability to connect with people of all ages - was a very warm and friendly guide. She planned an extensive tour of Ho Chi Minh City for us, incorporating the culture, food and shopping. She explained the history of the various places we visited and answered our questions clearly and concisely. The tour was out of our expectations!
