My family and I hired Jian to guide us on our two day visit to Hangzhou. She gave us a great tour and we were very pleased with her ability to suggest sites and activities tailored to our interests and her flexibility and willingness to accommodate our schedule and needs. We selected Jian for our guide based upon her deep roots in Hangzhou, her fluency in English, and her interesting stories of travel abroad to the U.S. and England. Jian was able to book a private driver for us each day which simplified transportation for our family of five and saved us a great deal of time and gave us complete flexibility. She is very knowledgeable about all the sites and activities available in in Hangzhou and gave us a great information to help us choose what interested us most. Jian is extremely punctual, knowledgeable, efficient and responded quickly to all our inquiries. We really appreciated her sharing her "local knowledge" of Hangzhou as we traveled. We felt as if we had a local friend showing us the best of her city. I spent an excellent day with Jian who tailored a tour to my exact specifications and executed her plan very well. Her English is excellent and her service was responsive and impeccable from the first email to her follow up to be sure that I had reached my final destination safely. My requirements were made more difficult by being on short notice and during a peak holiday period.

I would highly recommend Jian to anyone who needs to have a both a highly professional and highly personalized guided tour of Hangzhou. I will definitely use her services again when I return to Hangzhou in the near future

On a free & easy trip to Hangzhou for 1st time and decided to engage Jane as my private tour guide for a day.

The day trip as recommended by Jane was leisurely, just the way I like. Jane also provided many useful information and made the visit much more interesting.

We engaged Jane as our private tour guide during our trip to Hangzhou on October 2013.

She has been very helpful in helping us in various travel matter such as hotel check-in, booking entrance ticket / ticket for bullet train, etc….

As we are no familiar to Hangzhou, she has been providing excellent guide to us on schedule planning and suggesting place of interest.

She is a tour guide that responsible and with initiative. During our trip to Hangzhou, one of our member required courier service and Jane did lot of efforts in helping us to find out on the location / business hour of the courier center…

I was in Hangzhou this September and had Jane as my tour guide. She speaks really good English, had everything planned out and was able to provide good information of the place we visited. But what really impressed me was her willingness to accommodate my request, trying really help to make things work for me, and also the feeling I get that she is really proud and happy to introduce her hometown to foreigners. I will definitely look for her again when I am visiting Hangzhou, you should too.

I went to hangzhou to accompany my child registration in Zhejiang university, this is our

first visit to this city so I decided to use the services of a personal tour guide. I was

looking on google and met with Jane Huang.
jane is helpful, without her it would be many difficulties I encountered during in

hangzhou. we arrive at the airport late at night and was surprised that she herself picked

us up .
During the 2 days she helped take care of all the needs for registration, and drove us

around the few places in hangzhou.
