Jian Hangzhou Like 0

I was lucky enough to engage Jian as my guide in Hangzhou for just one full day but also included airport transfers both ways.  This was in September 2011 over the mid-autumn festival.

Jian was a wonderful guide - polite, knowledgeable, entertaining and great company.  I wish that I had had more time to spend with her.

Reliability is always an issue in arrangements made over the internet however Jian responded promptly to all my emails and had a large sign with my name when we met at the airport.

Good quality transport was arranged by Jian at a total cost of Y600 per day (including guide services).  I found this very reasonable.

I confidently recommend Jian to any tourists visiting Hangzhou and only wish I could join you for another visit!

My sister, daughter & I had Jian as our tour guide on Aug 3-4, 2011. We're very pleased with her. Before the trip, we corresponded through email, & she's always very fast in responding. She's flexible, & would willingly cater to whatever we requested. She picked us up from the bullet train station, & brought us to the spectacular "Impression of the Westlake show."  At our request, after the show, she brought us to the night market even tho it was quite late already. The next day, she was very punctual in picking us up & bringing us to all the different places of interests in Hangzhou. She's very efficient & responsible, & really helped make our visit to Hangzhou a very productive, pleasant & enjoyable one. I highly recommend Jian. I am sure you will like her.
