We needed some flexible times and Miki and our driver worked out our schedules and met all of our needs very well with some very long trips and some shorter trips. All of our transportation needs were met we great attention to details to make sure we had a safe and enjoyable trip.

I have used Miki Tours many times when I have been in the Shanghai area. They are very reliable and always strive to give you the best possible service. They are simply one of the best tour companies out there.
When traveling to Shanghai last time I was fortunate to learn that Miki Tours now also arrange an airport transfer service. Taking a cab or arranged hotel transfer in China can have its ups and downs. Challenge to communicate with the driver, speed can be high on highways and they sometimes drive too close for comfort to trailers. For cabs it has happened a few times that the meter had been on for quite some time when I got into the cab, this is challenging to see and then you end up with a higher bill which is hard to challenge when it is time to pay.
Miki Tours transfer pays attention to details. I was met up at arrivals by a representative from the company with a clear sign. My luggage was taken care of and I was taken to a nice and clean van. There was water and I was transported to my hotel without any issues. It was great for once with a driver who was driving carefully and that I could fully rely on. Same for the return to Pudong. Pickup and transfer was excellent. Same driver as the first time, Mr Wang.
When visiting Shanghai and the surrounding area and you are in need of a safe and reliable airport and hotel transfer I highly recommend Miki Transfer. Read less

It was an amazing experience for us with Miki transfer services in Shanghai. Our group of nine people were picked up promptly by Mr. Zhang at the cruise terminal. He then took us to visit some of the most famous sites in Shanghai. Through WeChat app, we were able to communicate with Miki operator (Eka) instantly through out the day to explore the city. Shanghai gave of a life time impression. I highly recommend Miki to every one coming to visit Shanghai.
