We have recently returned from Jordan and consider ourselves blessed to have had Ashraf as our guide. From the moment he met us he was welcoming,friendly but also very professional. He sat down with us and checked our itinery was the same as he had been given to prevent any misunderstanding. He provided us with information leaflets, pictures of Jordanian currency and a map of Jordan. 

During our tour and stay in Jordan he provided us with all the information we could possibly need. He was very attentive ,considerate and respectful to our needs. There were several things that we wanted to do that were not in the itinery such as riding a camel , visiting a shisha bar and visiting Petra at night. He arranged all of these for us and helped make our visit to Jordan a truly memorable experience. He treated us as if we were true friends and showed us real hospitality. One day he bought a tin of Jordanian sweets to share with us after we had mentioned we were looking forward to tasting Jordanian sweets.

At the end of our stay we felt Ashraf had become, and now regard him as, a friend.

We have travelled in other countries with private tour guides all of whom have been good but there is no doubt that Ashraf is the best.

If you are visiting Jordan and want a real insight into the culture and history and want a competent, professional,genuine and friendly guide then you should have no other guide than Ashraf!

I recently had the pleasure of being in a small group touring Jordan and guided by Ashraf. We warmed to him immediately and were very impressed by his professionalism coupled with an easy manner. He spoke excellent English and knew lots about our culture and music, as well as other things (and he knew some funny jokes). He was very attentive and very knowledgeable about the places we visited - Jerash, Petra, Wadi Rum etc. He had an extensive knowledge of good places to eat at and where to get the best deals and his advice was spot on. If you book this guide, you will not be disappointed. We didn't want him to leave and managed to get his stay with us extended by two days and we were sorry to see him leave. It was like saying goodbye to a member of the family when he had to go.
