Tifa Like 0

I met Tifa a few years ago. She was quite busy and I was only able to book her for one day. That one day changed so much of what I feel of hiring a private guide. She was so nice and courteous, it felt like hanging out with a old friend. I made prior arrangements to hire her again as my guide on this trip to China. I especially wanted to visit Suzhou and some water villages. She planned everything out meticulously. From the yummy local delicacies to romantic gondola rides and singing our hearts at a karaoke with her friend and fellow guide Miki, this past few days has been absolutely amazing. We had Tifa as our guide for a one day Shanghai tour.Tifa is a really wonderful,kind person.She is also very knowledgeable.My niece and son like her so much.She took us to a delicious and reasonable restaurant for lunch.At night we went to see the circus.The day we spent in Shanghai was perfect,.Everyone was happy.We wish we'd stay longer in Shanghai and spend more time with Tifa.It's like having a little sister in Shanghai.Tifa is very recommended and if we come to Shanghai again we'd love to visit the water village nearby with Tifa.Thanks Tifa for the wonderful day we had in Shanghai.

I contacted Tifa in early January concerning a weekend trip I was making to Shanghai from Shenzhen.  I had a few suggestions on things I wanted to see in Shanghai, but left it to Tifa to add in other sites and to organize the day.  She did a truly spectacular job in arranging a fun filled, active day that I shall remember forever.  Tifa has an outgoing, friendly personality which enabled me to soon feel like I had known her for a long time, even though we had just met that day.  I highly recommend Tifa as a tour guide in Shanghai!   I will definitely use her again when I make a return visit in a few months!

I had a day tour to Hangzhou with Tifa. She was the most amazing guide. She felt more as a friend than a stranger. Her English is very fluent. We went to Hangzhou by bullet train. She arranged the tickets before I even arrived. We walked along the The West Lake. Such a beautiful adn romantic walk. Make sure to have her take you to the academy that inspired the Butterfly Lovers story, it's the Chinese version of Romeo and Juliet. Lunch was amazing at Lou Wai Lou lakefront restaurant and just let her order. The view was spectacular to say the least. We were so early to arrive at some of the sights that it was the 2 of us and it's so different from the rest of China where you have to fight huge crowds for a picture. You meet Tifa as a guide and leave her as a friend. Very genuinely friendly and yet very professional. We laughed, we saw the beautiful sights, and we ate some amazing food. I wish I had her for my entire stay in Shanghai area. You will not find a better guide than her, I promise! December of 2013

Our holiday in Shanghai was most enjoyable mainly because of you, Tifa as our guide. We spent only one day together, but you managed to make us visit the most interesting places, and you gave us valuable information. We really appreciated your warmth and generosity, your presence was not as 'just a guide' making you visit the places of interest and that's it. On the contrary, after spending just one day with you , we felt like knowing each other for a long time. I remember you telling me 'hold on close to me, don't want you to get lost in that huge crowd' and we were like two sisters enjoying ourselves. Thank you again Tifa, we would have missed a lot without your precious guidance, and we would be lost in the crowd , specially with the language barrier. Your English is perfect, this is from a science teacher! . Thanks for helping us through our shopping and choosing the restaurant, the dumplings were delicious! Our friends came to visit yesterday and we tasted the Chinese tea, it is great.

I'll keep you address preciously and will surely recommend friends when they go in Shanghai.

I and my husband stayed in Shanghai for 3 days with Tifa in September 2013 and we spent a wonderful holyday. Tifa is really professional in his work, friendly and fun. Every detail of our trip was planned with her before we arrived, but despite this she was very flexible and open to changes at any time. She made us see beautiful places that probably we would never see by ourselves. She also has a deep knowledge of Chinese history and culture, and this has allowed us to learn different aspects and customs of their lifestyle.
During our stay in China we had different guides, one for each city visited, but she stood out from the others for professionalism and friendliness. We were really pleased with her and we hope to meet her again one day. If we were to return to Shanghai definitely we would contact her because she made our holiday really special. Thanks Tifa!
