We are family with 5 from malaysia. We spent three days with tifa as our tour guide. she indeed a cheerful girl who make you feel happy and we found that this is the relaxing tour we wanted. she is helpful and a patient person. since my son (2 years old) was naughty till make my parents dizzy. however the little guy could go well with tifa and he like her so much.During the tour, tifa was not merely our companion but also a professional guide. she offered so much useful information, told us many interesting stories, make the tour more vivid. in a word, we really enjoy this trip with tifa and highly recommend tifa to other tourists.

I booked Tifa for three days and I couldn't choose a better guide. She showed me not only the most famous attractions of the city, but also some places where tourists usually don't go. She is very kind and helpful, very knowledgeable about chinese culture and a nice person to talk to. If I went back to Shanghai, I would book her again.

My wife and I recently spent five days in Shanghai with Tifa as our tour guide. We are usually individual travellers not really in need of being guided. But coming to a Chinese city of those dimensions we thought it might be a wise decision to have somebody by our side. And honestly, it was the best decision ever. Shanghai can be visited under your own steam, of course. But within such a short timespan you would never ever have the slightest chance of doing so much and seeing exactly the stuff you wanted to without a professional guide. And yes, professional she was. Tifa, our Shanghai guide, who prepared our trip perfectly well in advanced and made sure we would have the best Shanghai experience you could possibly think of. Together with Tifa we learned incredibly much about both history and current trends in China and in Shanghai. Everything was spot-on. The train tickets, the cab rides, you name it. Tifa had it all. Thanks to Tifa our Shanghai trip was so much more than just sightseeing. It was an amazing, unique, individual and after all very personal close-up view of one of the most fascinating cities we have ever been to. Hopefully we will see you again one day and thanks again for a terrific time!

I googled the net to find a guide for my short stay in Shanghai. I was extremely lucky to get in touch with Tifa. 

She is extremely professional in everything she do. Suggested and discussed a program that was planned and agreed prior to my trip.
