Today I helped a guy from Saudi Arab as tour guide to show him around and we went to Yuexiu park which is one of the biggest part in Guangzhou and have many historic and symbol sights of Guangzhou such as Five Rams and Zhenghai tower.It is very enjoyable in so nice park,nice weather,nice views…

Afterwards we took taxi to the zoo which he is very much interested to see our China panda.
In Guangzhou,we have two zoos. One is located in city center which is middle size and ticket only 20RMB(not include other packages). Another one is located in surban which is very big size and ticket 180RMB(with one ticket you can see all kinds of performance/show inside).So normally if you are not looking for lots of performance,it is good to choose the city center zoo which is more economic.So this time we select this one
By entrance the zoo,you will see a stone museum which has displayed so many kinds of artwork which are made by different stones.When you look at them,you will be amazed by China and Chinese for the amazing work!

Well keep walking,you will find all kinds of animals including pig,crocodile,turtle etc.And I love the most beautiful animal. Can you guess what is that? Peacock! Especially when they open their tail,it is so beautiful! I even took some photos with them as memories. Here it is:

Inside the zoo,we have went to see one performance which is all played by children.They are so cute and brave by showing us what they can do.What I learn from them is if you want to learn something well,you have to put lots of efforts behind.I think it is very important principle no matter for life or work.

Chinese New Year/Spring Festival (春节 chūn-jié) occurs on first day of first lunar month, usually in January or February. This is a 15 day celebration and some districts can be quite deserted as many migrant workers return to their home provinces. The flower fair is popular during the days before New Year.

Dragon Boat Festival (端午节 duān-wǔ-jié) on fifth day of fifth lunar month, usually in May or June. This festival commemorates the sacrifice of Qu Yuan (屈原), a famous poet who drowned himself in the river by way of making a statement against government corruption during the Warring States Period. The highlights are dragon boat racing along the Pearl River, and eating rice dumplings wrapped in bamboo leaves (粽子).
Mid-autumn Festival (中秋节 zhōng-qiū-jié) is on the 15th day of 8th lunar month, usually in September or October. Cantonese moon cakes are enjoyed during this holiday. Lian Xiang Lou and Taotao Ju's moon cakes are especially famous (see "Eat" section). Kids' favorites are paper lanterns. Many locals also enjoy riding ferries and watching the full moon on the Pearl River.
Tomb Sweeping Day (清明节 qīng-míng-jié) is around the spring equinox, usually on April 5th. Involves visits to the family tombs for cleaning and making offerings.
Double Ninth Festival (重阳节) is on the 9th day of 9th lunar month, usually in October. Cantonese has the tradition of hiking up Baiyun Mountain. This is also the fall version of the Tomb Sweeping Day in April.
Qi Xi, or Chinese Valentine's Day (七夕 qī-xī) is on 7th day of 7th lunar month, usually in August or September. According to legend, a heavenly fairy Zhinu (织女) fell in love with a mortal farm boy Niulang (牛郎). This was forbidden; as punishment, they were only allowed to meet once a year on this day. There are usually parades and carnivals in the city celebrating the holiday. This is the Chinese equivalent of Valentine's Day, but it is steadily losing its appeal among the locals; many have adopted the Western Valentine’s Day on February 14th.
Winter Solstice (冬至, 过冬 dōng-zhì), which literally means the Coming of Winter is on December 22nd. Traditionally, Cantonese people observe the day with a family feast, which often includes preserved duck and sausages. However, the highlight of the day's festive dishes is hot soup served with flour dumplings (汤丸).

The other one is HEI HEI （喜喜）, located in Haizhu guangchang ( 海珠广场） (haizhu square) great RnB club! Haizhu square station exit D ( subway station) The crowd is amazing, i must say one of my favourite, mix equally between foreigners and locals. Good musics.

There is another club called Nova located in zhu jiang xin cheng (zhu jiang new town) 广州市津滨腾大夏首层珠江新城华夏路49号 This place is on and off, sometimes good and sometimes bad.

SUNS Club: A hip Club with mix of songs and crowd as well, Located inside an old beer factory and facing the river this might be your place to rock address: 海珠区，阅江西路，磨碟沙隧道口，珠江啤酒厂琶醍艺术创意B区 25,26 ( get a cab)

and Also there is this amazing new Club called The Wave, 海珠区，阅江西路，磨碟沙隧道口，珠江啤酒厂琶醍艺术创意B区 located in the same place as SUNS club, just walk around 500metres from SUNS club, and you can see The Wave. Super nice, great music.

The whole White Cloud Mountain attraction can be divided into seven sightseeing districts, which are Mingzhu Tower, Moxing Ridge/Summit, Santai Ridge, Mingchun Valley, Fei’e Ridge and Luhu Lake. Visitors not only can enjoy the beautiful natural views but also participate in all kinds of entertainments such as bungee, grass skating and slideway.

The White Cloud Mountain is a deposit of cultures and times. Dating back to New Stone Age, the mountain was a site for primitives lived in Huangpo Cave. From the past to present, many poet and writers have visited White Cloud Mountain and impressed by the beautiful natural view. They eulogize the mountain by poems and paintings then left numbers great works to us.

The White Cloud Mountain has abundant natural resources. There are 876 species of plants and five of those valuable and rare plants. With the fresh air provided for Guangzhou citizens every day, White Cloud Mountain is regarded as the “Lung of the City”. Therefore, it is a wonderful destination for visitors to get away from crowds and get some fresh air.

It is possible for visitors to visit White Cloud Mountain by Baiyun Cableway. It is the first bicable ropeway in the country, and has 80 cars seating 6 passengers each. The cable cars of Baiyun Cableway pass by such scenic spots such as the Cloudy Valley, Pu Valley, a barbecue zone, Nengren Temple and so on, and Goat City (Guangzhou) can be seen clearly from the summit.

Over the course of history, White Cloud Mountain have got the titles of “Top Beauty of Guangzhou” and “First Mountain of Lingnan”. In addition, it has been listed as one of the Eight Sights of Guangzhou. Therefore, visitors in Guangzhou should not miss this destination.
