This is an excellent restaurant which doesn't apply the soaring prices typical of Beijing. It is off the tourist track, located in a Hutong area so only the local people  know where it is. It is very close to the Red Wall Garden Hotel. I was recommended by a taxi driver of this excellent restaurant. Da Lian Shao is their special dish.

The popular online designer store recently opened first real store in Zhongguancun Plaza Pedestrian Street, offering a space for talented people to show and sell their creative handicrafts. Fengguo Box rents out space (in big boxes) to local designers at RMB200 per month. Only hand-made works are accepted.
