Guangxi Museum of Nationalities is located in the Qingxiu Mountain Scenic Area near the Yongjiang River. The Museum is themed on the minority cultures of Guangxi and it shows how 12 native ethnic groups live harmoniously. Immersed in the exhibition, you will enjoy the Beiliu bronze drum of the West Han Dynasty, which was considered as the king of Chinese bronze drum, appreciate the 12 aboriginal minorities’ customs, festivals, clothing, and architecture, experience the precious historical relics, such as bronze ware, pottery ware, porcelain ware, bamboo and wooden articles, jade ware, glass utensil, and lacquer ware, and share the cultural achievements Guangxi ethnic minorities have made with their hardworking, intelligence and solidarity. The exhibition adopts both the dynamic and static methods to display, combining the wording, materials, live-scene, and pictures. There not only have the common displaying method of audio-vedio and multimedia equipments, but also has the auto broadcasting navigation service.

Nanning’s Confucius temple: located at the foothills of Qingxiu Mountain scenic spot. Nanning Confucius Temple was established in the Northern Song Dynasty (1049-1054). The newly built Confucian Temple is one of the biggest Confucian Temple in Lingnan and Guangxi area. Confucius Temple means not just a temple. Confucius is a great educator in ancient China and his idea on education influenced several graduations. Even now Chinese students recite the well-known articles and sayings. There was an old preserved building where scholars took their imperial examination. Here you'll feel like you've immersed yourself in Chinese traditional Confucian culture and history.

Yangmei Ancient Town  Following the Zuo River down stream, about 30km from Nanning, is the village of Yangmei, a perfectly preserved Qing dynasty village. The village was once prosperous thanks to its convenient location to trade three sides of it are fronted by the river. Over 700 years old, the buildings reflect the wealth that once flowed through the streets and onto the waiting boats at the river’s edge. The preserved Qing Dynasty Street showcases Guangxi’s best remaining architecture from that period. Ornate roofs and eaves decorated with dragons and phoenixes jut out at every corner. More than just the buildings have been preserved; the village retains its rustic turn of the century atmosphere. The rustic village is more than a tourist attraction; it’s a living set for many films that use it as a backdrop for period architecture.

The Qingxiu Mountain, is a national AAAA level scenic spot honored as the the 'green lung' of Nanning. With majestic hills and peaks, green trees and beautiful scenes, it was among the eight famous scenes in Nanning.  In the area, ridges and peaks are rising and falling, mountains and hills are green, spring is clear and rocks are wonderful, it is famous for mountains not high but beautiful, waters not deep but clear.As a key spot for development and exploration in Nanning, Qingxiu Mountain has been under construction. Besides some old relics like the Dong Spring, Carving on the Jieqing cliff and Shixiang Shrine still keep preserving and repairing, new spots like the Tropical Rain Forest Park, the Palm Park and the Thai Park are built. The last one is designed by architects from Thailand, as a spot built in the project of cultural communication between Nanning city and Khon Kaen city in Thailand. Since the garden is of Thailand style, visitors can experience for themselves the exotic favor here. Also, the newly built gate is unique and magnificient, which attributes a lot to the scenic spot.
