Nanjing University of Finance and Economics (NUFE), one of the key comprehensive universities in Jiangsu Province, is oriented to the disciplines of economics and management, coupled with those of laws, humanities, science and technology.

NUFE possesses three campuses: Fujian Road campus, Xianlin campus and Qiaotou campus. At present the University hosts 17 schools and departments. The University now has one state first-level discipline, Applied Economics, which covers most related fields in Economics, and is now offering 22 Master’s Degree programs, 35 undergraduate programs and some other two-year certificate programs. NUFE has thus formed a complete system of economics and management disciplines, with the interdisciplinary support from law, engineering, humanities, science. With more than 20,000 full-time students, the University has made a significant breakthrough in continuing education and self-taught examination education. Three disciplines of NUFE —Industrial Economics, Accounting, and Statistics have been chosen as "key disciplines to be constructed in Jiangsu Province".

NUFE has all-round cooperation and extensive academic correspondence with more than 60 universities in the United States, the United Kingdom, France, Canada, Australia, Japan, Russia, Hong Kong, Taiwan, as well as the Food and Agricultural Organization of the United Nations, and the World Bank.

The Nanjing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine (NJUTCM) was founded in 1954. As one of the WHO Collaborative Centers on Traditional Medicine and a key university in Jiangsu, it has nurtured a group of academicians of TCM. NJUTCM is designated by the Ministry of Public Health to be an International Acupuncture Training Center, a Training Base for TCM Teachers, and a Clinical Pharmacology Base. It can grant master and a doctorate degree in clinical medicine and, it is one of the first authorized universities of TCM to enroll and train overseas students.

Nanjing Normal University is one of the national key universities under the "211 Project" and also a provincially renowned institution of higher learning. The history of Nanjing Normal University can be traced back to the "Sanjiang Normal Institute" established at the end of the Qing Dynasty. Presently, the university claims three separate campuses, namely the "Suiyuan campus" "Xianlin campus" and "Zijin campus" with a total area of more than 2,000,100 square meters (or more than 200 hectares).

Recent years, Nanjing Normal University has developed into a comprehensive, multi-disciplinary university, including School of Liberal Arts, School of Journalism and Communications, School of Public Administration, Law School, Commercial School, School of Educational Science, School of Foreign Languages, School of Biological Science, School of Geographical Science, School of Music, Fine Art School and etc., totaling 24 schools and departments, as well as more than 50 research institutes.

Nanjing Normal University library, the 3rd largest in Jiangsu Province, claims more than 2,500,000 books. Jingwen Library on Xianlin Campus is the largest university library in Jiangsu province with the most advanced equipments and facilities.

This generally quiet, little restaurant serves a variety of Western food. They also bake some of their own Western breads.

How to get there: Continue west along Ren Min Lu past the ring road (Jie Fang Lu). Cross the canal and Wu Ai Lu. On the left there is a large electronic sales shop called Meng Zhi Dao. Then there is a small road just before the Hua Gong Hotel. Turn left on this road and continue into an apartment complex. The restaurant is not obvious until you are close to it.
