the beach is ordinary and too many tourists. If you are looking for a quiet place to visit, this is not what you after in my opinion.

Nice place to watch the sun set and compare with some place like Dadong hai, this place is less busy if you keep away from ocean center and go a bit further. there's lots of five star hotels with private beach which somehow you can still manage to get in. There's lots of bus stop over at yalong bay and most of them stop serving at 6pm. it takes about 60 - 80rmb from yalong bay to city center by taxi.

Out of all the beach in Sanya, I think Yalong bay is still much better than this coconut dream promendade.

If you are looking for the most beautiful water scenery in China, Jiuzhaigou is the one you wouldnt want to miss. The worda cannot describe how truely amazing this place iis. But just be awear of the tourist trap and make sure how you double check the menu as I found out some places tried to charge you more as they think you wouldnt check it

Nice hotel with beautiful lake view and peaceful environment. 

With a Chinese five star hotel standard, this hotel has a great location where it's only one minutes to the city lake and two minutes to the zhengyang walking street. At 8:30pm every night, there's a artificial waterfall pouring down from the top of the hotel. Pretty cool thing to watch.

A very nice place to chill for an leisure afternoon. You can have the most delicious dumplings -Nanxing Dumplings there as well. 

nice place for shopping if you want to buy some international brand stuff, for example: clothes, watches etc. It's quite expensive but always very busy. 

nice place to stop by if you are heading to Huangguoshu waterfall

Nice Get away from the city life and be close to the nature. Can be easily access by the local bus
