We booked our Hangzhou trip with Gerry and it was really amazing trip . We all enjoyed the trip to west lake , tea plantation, wuzen , xixi wetland and  also saw wonderful  show. One of the most important reason we enjoyed it so much was Gerry. He is very helpful person and always willing to go an extra mile to make your trip comfortable. His knowledge of places in and around Hangzhou is very good . He speaks good English and very friendly person. He guided us on every small details from the day we discussed our plan with him on email.   I highly recommend Gerry to anyone visiting Hangzhou and surrounding area.

Gerry is a great guide and a great person.  He speaks English fluently.  He is a Hangzhou local and he knows everything about the city.  He has a lot of information about the history of the city and answered all of my questions.  He is a safe driver.  I would definitely recommend Gerry to anyone touring Hangzhou.

My wife and I booked a tour in the last minute with Gerry as our tour guide. Gerry was super quick in responding and his English communication skills were great. He was a very helpful and informative tour guide who went out of his way to take us around different places of Hangzhou. During our day trip tour we visited the west lake, tea plantations, bamboo forest, six harmony pagoda and the old town walking street. Gerry is very articulate, helpful and informative and you can trust him to give you an excellent tour guide experience, if you decide to visit Hangzhou and allow him to take you around his hometown city. My Daughter and I booked a 1 day tour with Gerry, to show us around Hangzhou . we had the most amazing tour, Gerry was so helpful, and his knowledge was great. We would not of been able to see Hangzhou as we did without Gerry. Thank you so much. We would both highly recommend Gerry for a guide, his knowledge and his help arranging Train tickets was so appreciated. Communication  through email prior to our trip was great.

Gerry was our guide and driver for an afternoon-evening, and again the following morning during our one night visit to Hangzhou in May 2015. He helped us plan the time to visit several scenic spots, and took us to a great rural restaurant for an excellent dinner, close to a silk store which I had asked to visit. He helped out with our purchases too, when we found our credit cards were not accepted! In the morning he picked us up again to see the Lingyin Temple, but we felt our visit there was a bit rushed. After that we had another excellent meal in another countryside restaurant overlooking the tea terraces. Gerry's English is very good, he knows Hangzhou and the tourist sites well, and we would recommend him as a driver/guide in this lovely city.

Gerry was our guide during our one-day trip to Hangzhou in late September this year.  He was great in designing our routes and we enjoyed every minute in Hangzhou. We visited 5 major scenery sites, rode the boats, climbed the six-harmony pagoda, had a delicious lunch in a local tea farmer's house, and took a walk in the beautiful West Lake Park.  We also saw the Laughing Buddha, the 500 Arhats in Lingyin temple, and strolled in the Xixi wetland.  Gerry guided us through all these places with sketches of historical interpretation and several folk tales. We had a lot of fun in a one-day trip!  Yes, he picked us up at the railroad station (he even sent us the train schedule between Shanghai and Hangzhou) and dropped us off at the end of the day.  We highly recommend Gerry as your next tour guide in Hangzhou!
