From 9-13-2014 to 9-21-2014, Gerry acted as our group's Transportation, Translator/Interpreter, and Tour guide.  We were a group of six investors from the US that was visiting China to do some intensive due diligence/research on the progress that a China based company was making with it's business.  What we asked each day of Gerry was not easy, but he came through for us wonderfully, his performance in assisting us definitely exceeded our expectations.  In fact, our group will continue to use Gerry as our contact in Hangzhou going forward.  During our visit, Gerry had to take us to locations in Hangzhou, and also to other surrounding cities, Jinhua, Changxing, and Shanghai.  Also, Gerry's abilities as a Translator/Interpreter are top-notch, and at most of the locations that we visited, his skills in this area were badly needed.  Gerry's English is excellent.  All parties on both sides of a Chinese-English conversation have an easy time speaking to Gerry.

We would absolutely recommend Gerry, and give him five stars out of five!

Gerry was our driver, city guide, interpreter and a mobile call-center for 7 days of our business trip end of August 2014. He is a very reliable and hardworking guy. Even though he didn't have any previous experience in the industry we work for, he still managed to do translation at meetings where we didn't have anyone speaking English. Definitely a fast learner. Flexible and ready to make changes on the go. And in addition to all that he is a friendly and easy-going person.

Gerry's English is perfect both in pronounciation and in general command of the language. I would surely recommend him to anyone and would hire him next time we are in Hangzhou again.

Just completed a 2-day visit to Hangzhou with Gerry guiding. He helped make the visit enjoyable and educational. We will use him again if we return.

Gerry was very flexible in tailoring the trip to our needs. Even with on-the-fly adjustments that we wanted. Using him as both guide and driver worked well. He directed us to delicious and affordable local food. In addition to touring us around he did our airport pickup and train station drop-off (with assistance with ticketing and help navigating the station).

Communication was very easy with Gerry's excellent English. And his sense of humor added fun to the trip.

We booked Gerry for several days throughout a business trip in Hangzhou, China. Prior to the trip, Gerry was fully contactable via email and Skype.  Gerry dressed smartly for business, as requested and collected my colleagues as directed, from their hotel. He is a trustworthy, reliable guide. It truly is an advantage that Gerry comes complete with his own transport, and he also helped my colleagues to book train tickets, as needed.

Gerry also has strong business contacts and was able to connect my colleagues up with other relevant Chinese business people. His legal background also meant that he was able to draft up a NDA for us.

Gerry also assisted by telephone when one of my colleagues experienced unexpected problems with his booked hotel accommodation (hotel booked by us).This colleague was on business in a different city, whilst Gerry remained with my other colleague. Nevertheless, Gerry was contactable, acted as interpreter by phone, and resolved the situation. His interpreter services were thus invaluable in a Chinese city where no one in proximity spoke any English.

Gerry was also able to respond quickly to plans which changed overnight. We are so impressed with Gerry that he has now been chosen formally as our business interpreter in all situations where a local Chinese speaking person is required. Thank you Gerry, we look forward to working with you again.
