Shaolin Kungfu( Shaolin Temple , located in Song Mountain, Henan Province) is regarded as one of the first institutionalized Chinese martial arts. the Martial Artists, spend their entire life studying the art and the way of life as a Monk. Not anybody can walk in the Temple and be accepted.They have used the Art of Shaolin to defend the Temple and helped the needed thousands of years ago. if you know anything about Martial Arts, their techniques are flawless and unbelievable. if you are interested, you can watch the movie: the Shaolin Temple acted by Jet Li in 1982 .
