Venus has been my tour guide in Shangjiajie and the Hunan Province for 3 years. I trust her completely and have had an amazing time each visit to Shangjiajie. Venus really knows all the wonderful places in the Hunan Province and has a tremendous amount of experience. We visited Zhangjiajie on 2nd week of April. Venus waited for our arrival at an Inn we stayed and she brought Bread and Fruits for us since we are going to stay on Tianzi Mountain on that day. Thank you for food but bananas you gave us were stolen by..... monkey :D. Due to her tight schedules, her colleague Mr Li became our guide. Mr Li was very friendly, patience, helpful and knowledgeable. He always helped us and planned wherever we want to go. He will be perfect guide if he can improve English speaking. I proposed my girlfriend on our last day there and Mr Li secretly arranged to have "108 RED ROSES" for me together with my friends. Thank you very much for it and I will never forget :) We enjoyed our stay there and liked to eat food there. On the last day, we took train from Zhangjiajie to Guangzhou. One of Venus' colleagues, Ms Amy dropped us near train station after visiting Tianmen Mountain. Read less

I travelled by myself to Zhangjiajie. I arrived at night and Venus already contacted me the afternoon before. Very professional. She picked up me on her car in my hotel and we went to Zhangjiajie Forest Park. She is a very lovely person, very professional, experienced, and her English is very good. She guide me through Zhangjiajie but she became very good friend to me and she made me forget that she was my tour guide. If you decide to come to Zhangjiajie for your visit, Venus is the most professional person in all my stay in China. Thank you Venus. Read less

I toured Tianmen Mountian in July 2016 with Venus. She is an experienced personal guide who knows her way around not ony the attractions in Zhangjiajie, but the crowds as well - and the crowds can be considerable. Her English skills are very good, and she also provides a private car. Venus guided me around Tianmen mountain on a rainy, foggy day that could have put a damper on my visit. Venus made the day fun with engaging facts and an incredible knowledge about the city and it's attractions. When my train was canceled, she helped me book a fight instead, keeping my trip on schedule. Then she recommended a great, local place (with a great chef) for dinner, and gave me a ride to the airport to boot. She really went above and beyond to turn what could have been a disaster into a great experience that was a highlight of my China trip. Don't tour Zhangjiajie without her. Read less
