We booked based on the very convenient tariffs and the excellent communication with Lily, who speaks perfect English. The service exceeded our highest expectations. Lily took care of organising things with an incomparable level of detail and consideration. She contacted us several times to make sure that things were working well, and when in Suzhou she even took care of meeting us to facilitate things.
