About Me

I'm the owner of FBM Import & Export LTD., it's a company specialized in Building Material, Furniture and Lighting purchase agency service since 2008, located in Guangzhou and Foshan of China.

We are working with several property developer and hotel project management company, we supply hotel furniture, office furniture, tile, kitchen, wardrobe sanitary ware etc. to customer's different project, in the latest year we've finished over 30 projects in North America and Australia etc.

We focus on building material and furniture, help customer to purchase tiles, flooring, sanitary, kitchen, wardrobe, door, window, ceiling, lighting, furniture etc. Also help old customer to purchase other products.

We can coordinate between foreign customer and China factory. Help with sourcing, market/factory guiding, quality checking, provide warehouse, arrange shipping etc.

Our charge:

Option 1, Translation only, without purchase agency service, we charge 150USD per day, customer pay for the transportation, work meal and stay.

Option 2, Buying Agency service, we charge 5% commission of the total goods amount, provide 3 days free translation. We can also provice Mercedes car service with charge.

Option 3, One stop solution for projects, quote directly to you, not charge 5% extra purchase agency fee, we provide warranty service and undertaken all the responsibility, customer can not contact with factory directly.

How does Purchase Agency works?

1. Sourcing, Guide you to market / fair / factory or we do sourcing for you.

2.Send you Proforma Invoice including all products details.

3.You pay 30% deposit either to supplier or pay through us.

4.We follow the production process, do Quality Control and send you detail QC report.

5.You pay the balance once QC report is qualified.

6.We load container and delivery the container from our warehouse to your country port.

7. You get a local customs clearance company delivery the container from your country port to your warehouse.
