My name is Kim Collie, and I have known Spring for over a year now. I am an English teacher from the USA and have asked him to help me with a number of problems such as shopping in Zhengzhou & LongHu (since I know little Chinese) & getting cheaper long distance phone service. He is well versed in computer access to the internet & cell phone technology. He is polite to my wife & I at all times & to the people with which we have to deal. He also bargains well for purchases & didn't shrink from the unpleasant task of getting 100 yuan back from a phone store when I was dishonestly charged extra.
