I used Sky's services for 3 days in late February 2016.

He is an excellent guide, speaks very good and easily understood English and is great company. I thought his rates were reasonable.

We did a 2 day trip from Zhengzhou to Guoliang Village (overnighted at Guoliang) and back to Zhengzhou. We used public buses for the trip and had 6 hours on the buses each way.

The third day we did a day trip from Zhengzhou to Yuntai Mountain (Yuntaishan) and back using public bus/private car. It was a very long day and involved a lot of walking. The day started at 0700 and finished back at my hotel around 2100.

I highly recommend Sky's services.

With respect for both larhavel and Sky Han (whom I've reviewed below), and intending no criticism to anyone:

I understand that confusion can happen and that everyone values service for dollars differently (and has every right to do so), but I considered $160 a day for the services of Sky *and* Haisong (Sky's driver) well worth the money while in Zhengzhou and Guoliancun.

That fee covered gas good driving timely navigation, in a comfortable van, everywhere I wanted to go and more. And pointers to some very cool places to eat including a thoroughly enjoyable tomato based place downtown and a deliciously hot roadside breakfast soup at an out door stall during the early morning from Xinxiang to Guoliangcun.

At least in my case, when I first contacted Sky from my home in Canada, pretty much the first thing he made clear to me was that a car and driver was extra. Contacted Sky to book a 1 day tour.  Although his ad here says $70 USD/day or about 320 RMB/day, he insisted on 1000 RMB for the day or $160USD.  For that amount, he proposed to ride with us to the places we wanted to go and then we would go in alone. Given what appeared to be a dishonest advertising practice and a lot of money, we decided we'd be better off to make other arrangements.

I used Sky's services for two days in April 2013.

The first day was a trip to the astonishing Guoliang Tunnel and Guoliang Village and the second day was a very full and delightful on-foot trek around downtown Zhengzhou and the Zhengzhou City Center People's Park.

Sky arranged for a skilled and safe driver to accompany us when required and I have to say I felt like I was dealing with friends (both of them) from the first moment. I'll make sure to use Sky's services if I am ever in the Zhengzhou area again. Sky is knowledgeable, honest, punctual, organized, very helpful and very friendly. His English is excellent and easy. Highly recommended by me. I now consider him a friend.
