I did use the service of Yuliya 2 times. One time in December 2015 and the second time in January 2016.

Her service is absolutely outstanding and an extremely positive surprise!

First of all, she is an extremely friendly lady and really cares about the wellbeing of her customers. After a few moments I did understand I can trust her completely. She acts like a real friend!

Her service deserves the highest respect and her prices are worth every single cent! Quite many guides are charging much more and permanently try to take advantage of their customers... but Yuliya  always would try to save your money. What a contrast!

And when you need a driver, Yuliya will act as a driver and as an interpreter in one person. She has her own car, which is in very good condition. On top of that she is a very careful and save driver... and she charges a very low rate for using her own car.

In my mind Yuliya deserves the best customers, who would give her the same care and respect like she is giving to you.

At the end I can say: I did look for a good and fair interpreter, but in reality I did win a great friend in Kiev and I always will remember here excellent service!

Juliya was my guide for a few days in Kiev.  We spent one day walking and using public transport and the second we went a little farther afield in her car.  She knows the city well and was able to custom tailor the touring to my interests. 

Very interesting conversationalist with broad knowledge.

She also provided very early morning transportation to the airport.  Thanks.

I'd definitely contact her again when I'm visiting Kiev.
