Hello, We decided to attend the Stainless Steel Expo in Guangzhou, China from June 28th to June 30th, 2017. We needed to book an interpreter and found Jenny on this website. After reading her reviews, we decided to book her services for the expo. All of my email communication with Jenny was prompt and in very good English. When we arrived in Guangzhou, Jenny met us on time and was ready to go. My first impression of her was great. She was on time, ready to go to work, and spoke well. We went to the expo the first day and it was a bit of a bust for our company. We did not find the type of manufacturers that we had anticipated finding there. This is the moment where Jenny really came through for us. We had come a long way to find suppliers and even though the expo did not work out, we decided to hunt additional prospects. My business partner and I started searching the web for contact numbers and Jenny started cold calling them for us. She was great. She was not timid about helping us succeed in our trip. With some diligent leg work and Jenny on the phone, we were able to secure meetings with six different companies. She then arranged a driver to take us around the next day so that we did not have to mess with taxis. She and the driver got us to all of our appointments, and she represented us very well with the prospective companies we met with. At this time, I found out she had also done her homework and learned industry specific vocabulary by studying our website before our arrival. Out of our meetings, we were able to secure two suppliers and one prospective supplier. She helped us turn a potentially very expensive waste of time into a huge success. We are planning to return to visit the factories we met again soon and check the samples they are producing. We will definitely use Jenny on all of our return trips. She is outstanding. Ich habe mit Jenny einen Tagesausflug von Guangzhou nach Honkong unternommen. Es war ein großartiges Erlebnis, wir starteten sehr früh in Guangzhou und waren Nachts um ein Uhr wieder zurück. Jenny kennt sich sehr gut in Hongkong aus und wir haben einige schöne Ecken erkundet. Traut euch ruhig mit ihr die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel zu nutzen. Die Kantonesische Küche ist hervorragend, wir haben mehrere sehr gute Restaurants getestet. Leider ist ein Tag viel zu kurz und die zeit ist wie im Flug vergangen. Jennys englisch ist sehr gut und Sie hat mein leider nicht so gutes Englisch super verstanden. Last year Jenny helped me around Guangzhou and find my way down to a company further south that I needed to visit.  This year we again contacted Jenny to help myself and family negotiate the Hong Kong to Changping trip and get around the Dongguan area.  Jenny again proved to be incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, funny and friendly as she led myself, my wife and daughter around some new areas.  We had a great few days together and my daughter missed Jenny as soon as we parted company at Changping station.  Just a lovely person and I'm sure we'll catch up again over the next 12 months.

We booked Jenny for a business trip, we had been to Guangzhou plenty of times before but on this 2 day trip we needed to visit some factories in Baiyun, Dongguan and Guangzhou and we were unsure of how much English our contacts at the factories would speak so we booked Jenny.  Jenny was just perfect.  She arrived on time and is very punctual, immediately you are greeted by her beaming smile and you just knew you were in a safe pair of hands.  She came with us to factories selling a variety of different products and using different materials and technologies yet she managed to help translate quickly and accurately which made things run so much smoother.  She was very patient with us especially on the 2nd day when a meeting over ran and then we got stuck in Guangzhou traffic and she was very forgiving of the whole situation.   She was worth her weight in gold (although she is tiny, so maybe worth more than her weight in gold) and was such a big help to us, she even managed to help negotiate with a supplier over lunch choices (which after some of the food we ate in China was very much appreciated) so we could get something we liked.  She had a wealth of knowledge about business and products as well as happily answering any questions about Chinese culture etc on some very long car journeys.  

If we had more time we would have loved to have stayed an extra day and would definitely book Jenny for showing us round the city or to do more touristy things.  She is by far and away the nicest most easy going person we have met in China and if I ever get the chance to bring my wife and children to China I would definitely book Jenny to help show us around.

Kept in contact with us all the time and took us to obscure out of the way places, we wanted to see ..

 

have used guides all over China and she is the most pleasurable of company, especially for 'oldies' ..

 

love the girl .. hope she will visit us in Australia one day, soon!
