My need for a guide came up in the very last minute whilst I was already in Chengdu, and I was really lucky that Jack has responded so quickly with a very short notice and managed to set up a one-day trip according to my preferences and interests. He understands your needs and takes a pride in doing his best in helping you. He is a keen and very friendly young man with a lot of patience and able to communicate in a very competent English language. I can highly recommend him as a friendly knowledgeable guide.
