Hualien Guided Bike Trips Like 0

We had a wonderful day with Fred our tour guide who took us around Hualien; we visited many interesting temples, a converted winery and enjoyed a coffee stop with a shop owner who actually grows and roasts her own coffee. We then went to the far end of Hualien around the rice paddy fields and it was wonderful to see the countryside and of course the incredible mountain scenery surrounding the area. Our lunch was again with a local family and we had the best beef noodles of our holiday! Everyone extremely friendly and Fred provided so much information about Taiwan that was so useful. We then cycled along the coast road and ended up in the city for the end of our tour. We can definitely recommend Fred and our day tour around Hualien. Read less

Happy to bike with Yueliang ! Seeing beautiful scene,talking to local people to know the cultural things, having delicious foods in vegetarian restaurant! if anyone got any chance to visit Hualien, it would be the best choice to bike with Yueliang and it is the most fun and easy way to explore every interesting corner of Hualien! We have been visiting Hualien for may times,but this time is absolutely amazing under Yueliang's guidance.We biked inside and outside the city, seeing the mt.,the river ,the sea and visiting the historic and cultural spots,it is really a ride! Yueliang is a wonderful guide, his insight on Hualien's back roads is superb. We cycled up and around Liyu lake, Qixingtan beach, as well as Guangfu area. It was great fun. Can only highly recommend Hualien Guided Bike Trips to others who are looking for a true Hualien experience. Anita Read less
