We have just returned from 2 weeks in Sri Lanka and had an extraordinarily good trip. This was a result of using a local guide/driver (Anil Weerakoon) who organized everything for us - Hotels, best clean places for meals, jeep drivers in national parks, train trip etc. All hotels were good with some exceptional, food was fantastic and we went the whole trip with no tummy upsets – quite a feat according to some.

He was also our driver and guide for the whole trip and we would highly recommend his services to anyone considering a tour of Sri Lanka. Very careful driver and a pleasure to be around for the 2 weeks - our kids (8 and 12) particularly got on well with 'Anil' and considered him more a friend than just a guide.
