Thank you for browsing my profile, I am a professional English tour guide based in Shanghai, who often travel to nearby cities like Suzhou and Hangzhou. My major in university is English Literature, and I have gotten the National Examination of English Tour Guide Certificate, which enables me to go nearly all the scenic spots with my guests freely.

I have rich working experiences in many areas, like international trade, english teaching, General Manager Assistant etc., which enable me to handle my work very well no matter as a tour guide or a business assistant. My last job until now is English Tour Guide and Business Assistant, I found this job gives me a lot of freedom to choose what I like to do and also lots of chances to meet different people around the world, I can introduce my city, my country and Chinese Culture to my guests and also learn from them their cultures. Because of this job, I made a lot of friends around the world. I enjoy my job very much.

After my work, I am a wide-interests girl. My main interests are music, reading, singing, dancing and painting. I am also a sports lover. Doing yoga, swimming and jogging are my favorite sports. To keep my life balanced is very important to me, life is one-way journey, I enjoy the process of life more than the outcome of it.

Chelsea showed great experience in organising and tailoring to my requirements during my recent visit to China. I engaged her as a interpreter on a business trip as well as a tour guide. She was able to communicate well even though some of the communications were technical in nature.Her command of English is properly understood and clear.

As a tour guide, she have good knowledge of Shnaghai as well as Hangzhou. On many occasions, she would haggle even for a 1 Yuan discount for anything like a bottle of mineral water or a map which I was prepared to pay in full. Sometimes she would not recommend me to buy the things I want and insist to go somewhere which is more cheaper.

In summary, I would say Chelsea is a tour guide who look after me very well to ensure that money need to be spent wisely while I had a good trip. I will definitely use her again. We had became good friends.
