My boyfriend and I recently spent 11 days travelling through Sri Lanka with Chan. We had a fabulous trip, which was absolutely made better by the fantastic experience we had with Chan. Chan was flexible and willing to work with us on our schedule - everything was possible. He was also able to make some suggestions of additions to the tour, including some great local foodie highlights, that only enriched our Sri Lankan experience. Chan and his wife also welcomed us to their country with a delicious home cooked meal and cooking class, and the warmth and welcome we received made our trip. I highly recommend travelling with Chan. I will summarize them as follows: Chan turned what could have been a messy complicated hassle-filled experience into a delight for our whole group. If you want to learn about Sri Lanka and its wonderful people and history in a way that is fun and relaxing, then trust him to organize all the Sri Lanka travel logistics of your trip. You will not regret putting your trust in him. Detail: A brilliant guide in every way Background 1, Our group consisted of 6 extremely different and demanding people. 2. Chan has lived and worked in Western Europe - so few cultural barriers. 3. Chan provided us a. comfortable van with airco b. additional safe driver c. excellent advice before arrival d. train ticket and event bookings e. meet and greet at airport f. a daily programme, compiled the evening before : or at last moment g. translation and interpretation services whenever we visited locals at home Results 1. Trust. I came to trust Chan and his team completely. He always delivered. 2. Logistics Competence: transport was so smoothly and painless they made it look easy. 3. tact. Chan made both the oldest (75) and the youngest (11) group members feel individually cared for. 4.Excellent choices for each day’s programme. 5. Extremely flexible. we had to change the plan with very little notice. Every time this happened Chan used his deep local knowledge to immediately change the plan without any fuss, and the result was always excelent. 7. A window on real life in Sri Lanka. Chan used his great English and deep knowledge of European culture to explain Sri Lanka culture and history in a way that we immediately understood. Conclusion. There are many things that I want to say about Chandana, but I believe this statement sums it up for those looking whether to trust him or not. He was the guy that made our trip to Sri Lanka, truly magical. He is trustworthy, punctual, knowledgeable, with an extensive network of Sri Lankan connections that respect him and his guests a lot. He completely exceeded our expectations, giving us a 2-week package full of value, a fraction of the price I would pay in other European & Asian countries. With my hand on heart, I do not hesitate to recommend this guy to anyone planning to visit the country, he is passionate about what he does, and it transpires effectively into his work. In April 2016 our family spent 2 weeks traveling with Chandana around Sri Lanka. We learnt about the culture, the nature and the people. Chan was excellent especially with our children, he was patient, enthusiastic and flexible. The children loved seeing such a variety of animals each day and were happy to spend the evening cooling off in swimming pools! It was also a special time to spend the New Years celebrations with Chan's family and friends.

We recently returned from an amazing trip to Sri Lanka where we were lucky to have hired Chandana to be our driver. He was reliable, trustworthy and punctual which we appreciated.
