I contacted Cassidy on my first trip to China. Her English is entered than some of my friends here in America. We had a wonderful time and I felt then and still feel I made a good friend during that first trip. I also hired Cassidy for some Chinese lessons until my schedule changed. I have worked with Cassidy for over 8 years and have had numerous trips with her to various areas of China. She is the most honest, caring and thoughtful individual that I have met. Our typical day is roughly 8-12 hours and I have never once heard her complain about the level of effort required. She is an excellent planner for both business and touring to different locations and is constantly looking to utilize the best and lowest cost method in order to save funds for the trip. Her command for the English language is perfect and has minimal accent. She is also fluent in French which has also been helpful to me on more than one occasion. During the Covid lockdown, I was able to utilize her to visit and QC factories that were still open since I was unable to visit them myself. I will be back to China this year and my first task will be to hire her for that trip as well. You can not make a bad decision by hiring her for any trip/tour/factory visit that you have. Read less
