This guide gave a highly enjoyable an interesting tour experience :-) Her English language skills were excellent and she was so professional,yet friendly throughout the experience. She always did her utmost to make me feel comfortable and welcome in her country. She enlightened me to some of Ho Chi Minh Cities(Saigon's) fascinating history and heritage. I found her to be thoughtful and considerate of my needs from start to finish. She asked me often about how i was feeling and if i was enjoying myself. She was always so polite and smiling when talking with me. She was very helpful and knowledgeable also,she tried her best to explain to me anything i wanted to know about. She seemed happy,enthusiastic and very proud of her heritage,and rightfully so. Overall, I was extremely impressed with her service and positive attitude. I now know that little bit more about Vietnam after the tour with ms Calla Nguyen :-) I would thoroughly recommend her to anyone who is looking for a guide who will provide a pleasant and relaxing tour of the city.
