I and my family were touring in Zhangjiajie on 20-24 June 2013 with Bruce as our tour guide. 

Bruce was very responsible to pick up us at the airport althought the flight was very late delayed because of the thunder storm in Chengdu.

He called me several times, make sure that we were all ok.  He helped me to communicate to the airport staff.

And as long as we were touring in Zhangjiajie,  Bruce arranged our ittineraries following the forecast weather so we always get the best timing at the scenic places.

Bruce was very kind, patient, helpful, funny,  responsible, and very well addaptable with me, my children or with my old father. He is very fleksible and patient waiting my husband and daughter taking many photos of the scenic area. Zhangjiajie is really great place to see. The view is really amazing. 

Bruce is very helpful when my daughter fell down in Tianmen Mountain.  He called the staff and helped carrying the  kart and take her to the hospital.

His English is very good.  We all are very gratefull having Bruce as our tour guide.  We wish that Bruce can be our tourguide in other provinces in China. 

Come on Bruce...Don't  just only be a guide in Zhangjiajie.  We miss you being our guide when we come back touring in China.

When you  are in Zhangjiajie and you  do not speak Chinese  this is a person for you! You  will need him as no one speak any other language there ...  well except Bruce :)) I and my wife hired him for two days and it was a good choice. Great, kind, funny and helpful - this is Bruce. His salary is not  as much as being  there "stranded" without knowledge of chinese language when you can easely fall in hands of wiseguy-taxi drives and other scamming personas :). So, do not hesitate and use his service ! :))

I hope to see him again.

We had a good time in Zhangjiajie because of Bruce. He picked us up at the train station early in the morning, arranged our two day tour in zhangjiajie and accompanied us until we checked in to our night flight to shenzhen on our last day tour. He also gave a good recommendation about a new Zhang JImou's show which we thought was more beautiful than the Liu San Jie show. He was very patient, funny, friendly, and knowledgeable. We definittly will recommend Bruce to our family and relatives.

It was a pleasure to have Brucetian with us as a guide. He was very helpfully in arranging the trip as we liked it. Me and my family book him for the whole trip in Zhangjiajie. I gave him a list of what I wanted to see and do and he prepared the itinerary for us. He easily accommodated my change and had no issues with any questions I had. He treated my family very nice during 4 days Zhangjiajie trip time. He took care of our every need and request from arrival to departure.

We will using his service again next time in Zhangjiajie. I highly recommend him to anyone who is thinking of seeing Zhangjiajie. A better guide and friend you will not find.
