I have traveled the world and found Ann exceptional, nothing less, she is very polite, very professional and friendly. She prepared the tour in advance and communicated very well. Took care of transportation and hotels, had no unpleasant surprise, just good time. She knows her country and food from street food to expensive restaurants. Oh her integrity is impressive. Great persobality and just a little shy at the beginning which is cultural I think. Will hire her again when I get back. Read less
