Hey guys, who are looking at Janet's profile, you certainly have no time to go on reading through a long text of gossip, so I will give it to you as a "KISS" (keep it simple and straightforward).  If you are visiting Guangzhou, no mater as a business trip or as a tourist, and looking for a smart, trustable, qualified, active, reliable, and first of all, a very personalized interpreter tour guide, you ought to contact Janet and deal with her, and you absolutely will be the winner if she agrees!

Janet, I don't know what words shall I use to thank you.  You saved my time and money in a very efficient manner, and went on taking care of all my stuff and details until I started to wonder how could I have managed it without you!!  I regret because I'm back to my country and not have a wonderful assistant like you in my office.

I visited Guangzhou with my two sons in April 2013. Was there for the Canton Fair, and my two boys for sightseeing and shopping. I contacted Janet thru Synotrip, a month before our trip and from then on, it was a breeze - from trip prep until the end of our visit. The first great service she did was to notify me that the hotel I had booked was in a run-down condition. Despite being Canton Fair season and room rates really high, she managed to re-book me two rooms in a better hotel, at a surprisingly lower rate than the ones I had booked personally. Fortunately I was able to get a full refund for those. Knowing what we wanted to do during our visit, Janet planned our itinerary from start to finish and emailed it to me for approval. It was a great itinerary. During the trip we followed it generally and accomplished what we hoped to do, all under the expert and pleasant guidance of Janet. Chief among her many good points, Janet is very intelligent. She easily understands your requirements, proposes courses of action and helps you carry them out efficiently and effectively. She is quick on her feet, always punctual, hardworking, polite, cheerful and considerate. A fantastic troubleshooter, when you need one. I particularly appreciated the personal touches she puts in, for example, at the hotel she presented us with some additional toiletries without us having to ask for them. She said, "in case those in the hotel were inadequate", and at then end of the trip she slipped a thoughtful note in my luggage expressing her appreciation of being able to be our guide. For the business traveller, Janet makes a good guide as she is familiar with the Canton Fair scene, having worked part time in exhibition booths before and also at the Canton Fair registration office. She is familiar with the many wholesale markets in the city and can easily bring you to your suppliers' offices or factories if they are around the Guangzhou area. For the tourist, Janet is excellent as she knows all the great sites to visit, to shop, to relax and to eat. Her best point, I guess, is her cheerful and pleasing personality. She smiles and laughs a lot. With her around, things just automatically became more pleasant. At the end of the trip, we actually became rather good friends. Janet is a very charming n sweet girl. I would recommend her to anyone planning to visit Guangzhou or shenzen. She knows the place well.

she helped us make the most of the 2 day stay we had in Guangzhou . She is very quick on her feet running from here to there ,taking us thru metros quickly so no time would be wasted.

we also look forward 2 meeting her the next time we go o Guangzhou .

janet is recommendable for a personalized tour. she can tell you exactly what to expect on places she knows. one thing i can't compete with her is her stamina to walk long distances. we ride in the metro railway to save money because we told her that we're on tight budget. and that is what we've got.  ;)  my children liked her alot.  i personally recommend her to be your guide if ever you pass by guangzhou.

It is great having her as my guide in Guangzhou from 22-24 Mar 2012. 

As she is a full time student and a part time tour guide, her working time will be somewhere around 10 am -7.30 pm.

She is prompt in her e-mail reply, just tell her your plan and your needs on whether you need a leisure trip or shopping or sourcing for commercial need.

She will plan and propose to you on a general view of what the trip be like.

Thanks goodness she e-mailed me just before my flight that weather is going to be cold and I pack some warm clothing in time.( temperature drops from 22 degree to 10 degree on second and third day). And tell me which metro station to change before reaching my destination.

After reaching Baiyun airport at around 10 plus, I travel by metro to meet her but somehow I am at least an hour late from delays here and there.

I recognized her immediately and greeted her, she is stunt by my sudden greeting but almost immediately greet me back with a million dollar smile and shook my hand.

She at least waited an hour for which make me feel really bad, and I feel worse when I notice that she is holding a piece of cake which she just brought from the station vendor. Means she skip her meal just to rush to the station to wait for me but I am late.
