I was lucky to have Phoenix as my guide during my stay in Xian. I arrived there on the 2nd of April but the guide previously booked didn't show up at the airport. I contacted several guides at night and Phoenix was the only one who responded. She efficiently made the travel plan and had everything organized for the next day. When I went downstairs restlessly the next morning, I saw her waiting for me! She was punctual, reliable and helpful. She spoke very good English and had a good knowledge of local history and culture. I thoroughly enjoyed and appreciated her company. I would definitely recommend Phoenix to everybody who wants to visit Xian.
