I would like to Thank Simon and his team for giving us the most amazing African holiday! They took care of our every need and we felt safe with them the entire time. Our guide Gordon was a wealth of knowledge, there was not a question I asked that he didn't know the answer to or wasn't able to find me the answer. He ensured all our accommodations where adequate and to our liking. (Traveller's remember the accommodations in Africa are not the same as your used to, ask lots of questions and never assume anything as this may lead you to have unrealistic expectations, in our eyes this is what made things more authentic) The Massai Mara was full of adventures and fully lived up to our expectations, Gordon spotted us the Big Five all in one day and much much more! We also had the luxury of having a ride along guide intern with us for the first half of our trip and Jeffith always ensured I captured every moment by offering to take our picture and videos in all locations/ events of the days. We visited a Masai village and learned of the traditional ways of their people, it was a very eye opening experience and I would recommend it to anyone who wants to experience more of Africa. In Amboseli National park we where given the honour of having our meals prepared by a private chef Alan and every meal he impressed and ensured we where fully satisfied :) When we crossed the boarder into Tanzania the transfer was smooth and both guides ensured we where comfortable. Ozy our guide for Tanzania could spot any camouflaged animal from miles away and took the time to sit at certain spots ensuring we saw different animal interactions that we didn't anticipate such as the lion mating routine. (Always account for travel time and traffic, all these parks are amazing but they do require a bit of travel time to get there.) I cant say enough about the personal touches that going with Wildrace offered us, Simon took the time out of his busy schedule to pick us up at the boarder and accompany us for the final day, driving back to Nairobi from the Tanzania boarder and even some shopping and our final dinner at the Famous Carnivore restaurant. One of my crazy requests was to ride a camel and on the last day my dream came true as we went to a Masai camp out of the original plan and I was able to ride a Camel!! Wildrace far exceeded my expectations and as first time visitors to Africa made me feel more then at home, my advice for any traveler going to Africa would be to plan your itinerary with a local company to ensure you get the real African experience ( Not being put in a large bus with 20 other people like we seen of many large companies) be flexible and just enjoy the moments. Thank you again Simon and your great team, I can't wait to plan our next adventure visiting the Gorillas of Uganda with you and feel truly grateful to have met each and everyone of you!

Wah….., the African safari magician in  Nairobi Kenya. That is what we call him…..(SIMON MILAMBO).
We are no first – timers in Africa most so Kenya just to crack it down, we did a lot of wildlife kenya safaris before,beach holidays and cultural tour booking a safari with different campanies,and of course different guides…,  but this time round Simon just crack it in our dream family bonding kenia safari

We loved the opportunity accorded to us of choosing the kind of safari car, we settled for the 4X4 since my dad is aging up and in reality 4X4 as he said is just but the safari car…, more comforting no wonder he calls it luxurious, fitted with WiFi and charging cable for our cameras. A KBB jeep… very new yet still very affordable with “simon safari magician”
In the Masai mara park we saw some other two 4X4 and a Van with a muximum number of 5 to 6 people each and one safari jeep only 4people with the same sticker “Wildrace Africa safaris” as the one simon had branded on our jeep door and rear window…., We suspected he has a connection with these safari campany since the other drivers guide though we could not understand what they were saying but we could synthesize the kind of respect they had to him..
Simon..? yes Madam.., he responded…, who owns wildrace africa Safaris? My mother asked, “wildrace Africa Safaris is owned by a group of experienced tour guides who has great love for nature and adventure.
The campany is more organized,even to us who booked sfari directly with him(Simon) we had a written schedule for the trip.though there was no much need for that since as an experienced tour guide he new the perfect way to go about it making our 8 day family kenya trip an ideal trip holiday I have never had.
Our Hotel at Lake Nakuru was ,of course,fully booked at arrival and we were amazed simon had everything in place…, our rooms were reserved, the hotel manager a gain had a great respect for our magician Simon.., my dad said this friend charming guy has respect wherever he gets and mum added he must be owning the campany,thanks to his influence and more organised manners we just had but a royal stay in our safari trip with him…
Booking a safari,The driver guide (simon) and the campany wildraceafrica.com, is in deed the perfect guy to be in an ideal long awaited safari holiday Kenya, experienced guide,very good drivering and more experienced guide in flora and Fauna.., people of kenya and thir cultur just top it all. Very knowladgable and knows all Conner of the parks like his own house .
The trip was just but amazing,since we were to catch our plane the next day, we were drope to the hotel,tipped simon though not too much but was worth the job well done, he was veryy grateful to us ….and so we were to him..,. Just like that was not enough we were supriced he too had apresent for us…, a lovely sovenieir ,followed by a free drive drop to the air port the following morning. We decided to be his and his campany ambassadors for any one going on a kenya trip and want to feel the true essence of africa adventure Wildrace Africa Safaris and Simon are just but one the guy to be in a safari with…!!! Kudos simon you will sure see us again
