I recently travelled to China from London, meeting up with four (very demanding) New Yorkers! We spent a day in Chengdu, and were very fortunate to have engaged Julie and her team as our guide. All the advance planning was very professional and organised, and consequently we were able to squeeze in a full itinerary into a very short space of time. Our guide was really helpful, friendly, informative, and flexible. Her English was excellent. We could never have done it without her, and we had a most enjoyable and memorable time!

I have twice had the pleasure of employing Julie as my tour guide while in Chengdu.  Having traveled much of China and having used many different interpreters, I would rate Julie as one of the hardest working, most professional, knowledgable and personable interpreters.  It was a real pleasure working with her. 

Agree with the other comment...Julie is a very responsible tour guide and good company around the city! I like that she always accomodated my itinerary and always pointed me in the right direction - there are some great places around Chengdu I would have missed. Thanks, and well done.

We had Julie for 3 days while traveling in Chengdu. She is very fluent in English, knows her city well, and kept us safe. She also is very sweet and funny. Indeed she really made our trip. We got to see and do things we would have never dared to on our own. Plus she can explain about the history of her city so that what you see makes sense.  I would give her a 5 star plus rating on a scale of 1-5.
