I didn’t find her by synotrip, but later she introduced me this useful website. So I would be happy to write her a review. It was completely my good luck to have Sophia as my interpreter and guide in Shanghai. She has great language skills both Chinese and especially English with proper accent which surprises me as well. Well, We had an exhibition show in Shanghai at June, but we don't speak Chinese, so we need a translator, then we found a translation company and they introduced her. We was very impressed with the responsiveness and easy communication with her before we met in person.Sophia is a very professional and thoughtful translator. She considers all details and insures they are executed. She facilitated our pre meeting arrangements and was the communication bridge between me and my supplier at the exhibition. She also assisted me with my hotel when we were having trouble with our WIFI connection. She is one of the best. At the end, we knew that she is working for independent translator and tour guide services. We add her wechat account ( she helped us download the wechat which is so convenient to contact with Chinese suppliers), next time for sure we will definitely hire her again.
