About Me

My name is Hamed. I am a Licensed Tour Guide & Tour Operator in Iran, authorized to organize tours for Americans and accompany them by the national tourism organization (listed as special guide for Americans, Brits and Canadians in the Iranian MFA guide's list, able to provide Iranian visa support). I graduated in electrical and electronic engineering in 2003.

Firstly, I want to thank you for choosing our country as your tourist destination.  I hope you have a brilliant experience in our historical country and enjoy many memorable moments.

You can count on me for providing a complete service so you can visit wherever you want in Iran.  I can help you obtain visa, book hotels, book domestic flight tickets, organize transportation between or within cities, and plan a feasible itinerary.

It always gives me a great pleasure to help people from other countries have memorable trips throughout Iran. There are so many wonderful things in Iran:

-          Historical attractions in Isfahan, Kashan, Yazd, Shiraz, Shushtar and Tabriz

-          Breathtaking views in Northern Iran

-          Unique mountain sights in Azerbaijan Province

-          Nomadic Kurdish tribes

-          Bakhtiyari Nomads and stay in their tents

-          Semi Nomads around Meymand Village, Kerman

-          Desert experience

… all these wonderful things are waiting for you to discover!

It would be my great pleasure to provide you with a complete service and show you my sincerity when you honor Iran by choosing my homeland as your tourist destination. I would like you to experience the famous Iranian hospitality, meet our friendly people, and see the glorious culture and history of my country.

In addition to all the reviews I have on this site, I have many more glowing references from Europeans, Australians, Brazilians, Asians and visitors from other countries who can confirm the service I provide.  Just let me know if you would like to see these and I will send you their contact information.

I didn't put any price for tours as it varies based on the destinations you want to visit, your itinerary and also what services you ask me to do.  Please send me an inquiry with details of your plan and interests, then I will provide pricing details.

It would also be my pleasure to treat you with traditional Iranian music. I have played an Iranian traditional musical instrument as "Taar" for 15 years.

I'm eagerly looking forward to hearing from you, meeting you, and being at your service with unique Iranian hospitality!

He was incredibly helpful in getting everything organised, nothing was too much trouble, and he was very friendly too!

When I arrived in Tehran, he was already running a tour for someone else but he arranged for his friend to pick me up from the airport & then even stopped by my hotel afterwards to meet me & make sure everything went well.

He's the most highly recommended tour guide in Tehran on this site ... and I can see why!

Book with Hamed & you'll have a fantastic time Iran ... it's as simple as that!

I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND HAMED AS A GUIDE!!

We traveled with Hamed through the North of Iran for 6 days via vehicle during the Mongol Rally in 2015. The tour was extremely informative and it was great to have a guide that was so passionate about his country and where it is heading. He answered all questions with high detail and Hamed is very good with his history, culture and heritage. We were shown all aspect of his culture, and all historically important sights we visited were explained in detail.

Hamed made our tour very flexible to suit us by giving us options for each days activities which was perfect for a group of kiwis who had no real idea of what to expect. He opened his home and his amazing family to us in the costal town of Astara and then made it through the mountains via Masoule village and Rud Khan Castel on to Tehran.

One thing I have learned is make sure you use your guide to sort out the whole visa process (especially if you have a UK passport), Hamed went the extra mile to ensure my visa application was successful after another company (TVM) had screwed it up. Another tip is, I would highly recommend you take as much time as possible for Iran as there is so much to see. 6 days didn't cut it.

Without Hamed, this trip would not have been as nearly as enjoyable as it was. The experience is up there with one of our most incredible memories to date.

Cheers Chief.

Hi, I am Patrick from Germany and I traveled with Hamed for 5 days in the northwest of Iran in May 2015. To make it short: I can highly recommend him as your tour guide!

In more detail: After one day in Tehran we traveled along the coast of the Caspian Sea up to Astara, in between visited Masouleh and finally reached Tabriz, the destination of our short journey. Our trip included visits to several Iranian landmarks, hiking in the Elburz mountains, cultural experiences like bazaar visits and Iranian food, and also relaxation with a visit of the hot springs of Sain.

The trip was very well organized by Hamed and he is very knowledgeable about Iran, it's culture, history, and sights. I got to know him as a kind and open-minded person and during our trip he became more a friend to me  than a tour guide.

If you book Hamed as your guide I am sure you will not regret your decision and also have a great time in Iran.

We made a 5 day trip with Hamed in the North and Northeast of Iran in May 2015. He did not only guide us, but also drove us round over the long distances and he arranged hotel bookings. Hamed showed us many very interesting places that would have been hard to discover on our own. We also had the pleasure to have dinner with his family. Hamed is a very knowledgeable and cheerful guy who clearly likes what he does, we had a lot of fun with him. I would definitely recommend him as a guide.

We spent almost 3 weeks together with Hamed, our guide, driver and dear friend in Iran. Our trip included Iran's most valuable historic sites and beautiful landscapes in the north, west and south parts of the country. Hamed was always ready to explain and introduce us to Iranian history, culture, traditions and daily life.

We were also happy to meet his kind family and nice friends. The discussions with these representatives of Iranian people made our trip most interesting and memorable.

Furthermore we enjoyed Hamed playing the taar, a typical Iranian string instrument, similar to guitar. The music added a certain aspect of Persian/Iranian culture to our experience.

Above all we appreciated Hameds good sense of humour, which brought many moments of laughter and joy.

We can highly recommend him as a guide in Iran.

We met Hamed by chance while strolling around in Isfahan. He was awaiting the arrival of a tour customer who was delayed by a couple of hours and offered us to show us around in Isfahan. Although we had only a couple of hours together,  I must say: we were very lucky to have met him. We spent a splendid time with him. Everything he explains is so very interesting. He is very knowledgeable and you can ask him whatever you want. He is an open-minded fellow, and it is a two-way-communication between Hamed and his guests. He gave us some hints as to where to stay and where to dine in Isfahan and Shiraz, and we were really amazed how well his advice met our requirements. I am sure that everyone who chooses Hamed as a tour guide will experience the very best of Iran and its hospitality.

Thanks a lot, Hamed!
