Ben was our guide for two days in Shanghai. Everything about him contributed to our enjoyment of the visit. He put us at our ease from the very start and was knowledgeable, patient and very kind. Although we had somewhat of an itinerary Ben also showed us some wonderful neighborhood sights that will not be soon forgotten and not in many tour books. At the same time, our wish was his command and he was extremely attentive to all of our needs and wants. He is a very personable young man as well and obviously got on well with the various service people with whom he dealt, much to our advantage. He's my choice for Shanghai and should you hire him you will not regret it, except that it is difficult to say goodbye to such a pleasant fellow.
