Two Australian Tourists:  Bob 68 Years and John 68 Years

We contacted Tieh Minh and arranged a 15 Day Tour starting at Ho Chi Min City all the way to Hanoi.  Our fabulous itinerary has been added to this site via an article for Vietnam - along with photos.

For Bob and I it was the most fantastic trip which could only have been achieved by using Mihn, Cousin Ha and Driver Jack.

We learnt about Vietnamese Food and Culture.  We laughed and did not have a down moment.

The cost of the trip was inexpensive as we ate local food recommended by Mihn and Ha (Between AUD $5-$10 per day).  However we splashed out on a bottle of wine most nights - AUD$20-$30 per bottle - and went for the 5 Star Accommodation $AU80-$120.

Overall we gave this Holiday a 9 1/2 out of 10 - Simply Fantastic!

My family participated in several day-trip activities in Can Tho and Ho Chi Minh City with Minh who runs the Mekong Delta Group. Minh worked closely with me to plan the perfect tour for my family of four including an eight year-old boy and thirteen year-old girl. She communicated with us consistently prior to our visit via email ([email protected]) to help us pick the perfect activities for our family. We ended up spending two days with her (and her partner Ha) in Ho Chi Minh City and visited the Cu Chi Tunnels, local markets, the War Remnants Museum, and other cool places. She arranged transportation for us based on our preferences which included taxi, motorbike, and public bus. She also did an excellent job keeping the kids in high spirits and quickly developed a genuine bond with both of them.

Minh also helped us set up several activities in the Can Tho area of the Mekong River Delta. She arranged a dinner cruise, early morning visit to the floating market, and a very unique one day homestay in the countryside which was an incredible experience for the family.

Minh (and Ha) provided an incredible and personalized experience for our family and have earned our highest recommendation for family groups. Interestingly, Minh and Ha are both medical students so if anyone gets sick you will have that going for you as well.

I really wanted to write a review for Minh even though I have not been on a tour. I was planning on a Mekong Delta tour in June and contacted Minh regarding her tours. She was so pleasant to correspond with and always responded quickly to my questions. It's sad that my time in HCMC didn't allow me to go on one of her tours but if my brief experience is anything to go by I would recommend anyone to Minh's Mekong delta Tours. I will definitely be talking to Minh next time I'm in town. Cheers, Rohan...

Minh and her cousin made our trip in HCM and Can Tho unforgettable! They showed us around, helped us to find a great-value hotel, brought us to the floating market and went with us to several delicious restaurants. It's hard to put in words how much we appreciated the time with Minh and her cousin in the south of Vietnam. We got a great insight into their day-to-day life, met the local people and did charity and partied together in their favorite (if a bit surrealistic :)) karaoke bar. With her humor, generosity and kindness, Minh is one of the loveliest guides we met during our journey. I can just recommend everyone should choose Minh for your vacation in Vietnam ... you will definitely enjoy the time with her and get an insight into Vietnamese life off the beaten track!

Sorry for this late review. We just can say "We couldn't find a better guide in Vietnam than Minh". Thanks for everything, you took care of us, took us around, helped us in any needs, help us rent a good car, booked the flight tickets...with cheaper price, suggested good hotels whole Vietnam, took us you around to discover new tastes, saw the sunrise along the Mekong river, immersed ourselves in the suggestive hustle and bustle of the floating market. We can't forget. We never regret when we ask you to become our guide. About the price we paid for you, don't worry. With us, it's so cheap, no problem. You're very good, we really wanted to pay you more

Minh is the nicest person in the world! She took us around the city by motorbikes and introduced us some delicious local dishes. Minh also picked us up at the airport in Sai Gon and booked a hotel with quality but low price. Minh took care of everything thus making our visit in Vietnam unforgettable. If Minh offers you the chance to meet her you should definitely go for it! We were really amazed how nice, friendly and helpful she is! Hope to see you again!
