Who Am I?

I am Yossi Silverman a licensed Israeli Tour Guide of Jewish Ashkenazic English extraction. I spent a fun filled four years of study in Glasgow and left with an Masters Degree in Politics and Philosophy. I also spent 3 years studying Jewish Holy texts (Talmud, Torah, Chasidism, Halacha and Musar) in 3 wonderful institutions: The David Shapell College of Jewish Studies, Yeshivat Yesodei Hatorah and the Kollel of Yeshivat Shvilei HaTorah.  My other striking features include  a desire to meld my Torah study with my love of scary cowboy music by writing songs on my guitar.

What can do I do for you?

As a professionally licensed Israel Tour Guide and Jewish Educator I can guide any part of the Holy Land of Israel for any group. Let me  take you   on a walking tour of the Old City of Jerusalem, or for a hike in National Parks like Ein Gedi, Machtesh Ramon and Tel Dan. I will arrange accommodation, transport and site entrance to all parts of this wonderful land for you so that you can have a trouble free holiday.

If you have a group with an educational focus I can facilitate learning on a broad variety of subjects including; ‘Knowledge of the Land of Israel’, ‘Jewish Philosophy’, ‘Creative Judaism’ and Jewish History.
